The food is always excellent, but I'm disappointed with the service. I always ask for hot sauce on my breakfast sandwiches and maybe get it 50% of the time. Today I went in to get two sausage egg and cheeses with a hashbrown and hot sauce, and instead received a bacon egg and cheese and an egg and hash brown sandwich. Are the chefs just picking and choosing what gets to go in my sandwich?! Very annoyed. I'm a particular person when it comes to my sandwich, so i do ask for a lot sometimes and they always accommodate me. The bagels are big and soft with a good taste. I normally asked for mine scooped because it is alot of dough. I like to get a BLT with crispy bacon and it never fails. They have so many options to choose from when it comes to bagel types, sandwiches and meal options. The store is walk-in only with no seating options. My husband is a cop and his station is near this place. I wanted a multigrain bagel they didn't have any so he got me raisin cinnamon with walnut cream cheese. If you want bagels to prepare at home this is a great place and an important small business in the community. Bagels are always fresh and have a great taste. The service is efficient and moves as it gets crowded in the small space. I didn't give them five stars for two reasons; one is the lack of variety. They don't have flat bagels most of the time and if they do there are hardly two kinds, brown bagel varieties are almost nonexistent, and that's unfortunate. Second, when I have had my bagels prepared by then I have been disappointed by the skimping on everything and when I ask for a toasted bagel I want a toasted and not a warmed bagel. This used to be a great place. Not sure if they changed management the service is now terrible. I placed an order on the phone went to pick up waiting an additional 5 minutes. Pretty sure they did not even start my order. Someone that walked in after me and placed an order on the store had his order before me. When I asked the "manager" what was going on? He instantly gave me an attitude about my order which was just scrambled eggs and bacon on a bagel, considering this is a bagel shop one of the most popular things on the menu. At this point I told him I didn't want the order, and he yelled something at me as I left. Will not be going back what a shame!! We supported this place for years! read more

We have lots of bagel cafés on the peninsula but this one is the most organized store in taking your orders and getting you out fast. We are always in and out in less than 6 minutes where the other two bagel spots I reviewed on the peninsula will have you waiting 20 minutes for a bagel with butter not toasted smh. Moreover, there is a variety of bagels to choose from whether mini or flat to whole wheat. The iced coffee is great and the staff are always sweet and attentive.
