A different bagel store refused to sell their gluten free bagels untoasted. At least they didn't give me food that I couldn't eat. And the inside is so fluffy and so easy to bite through - yet at the same time keeps the cream cheese at bay and prevents the two from merging. The everything on the everything bagel is not quite as 'everything' as I would want, but it's certainly everything enough. The nova is also fantastic. It's got that slightly fishy taste that lets you know its fresh without overpowering every bite. The salt levels are phenomenal - both from the bagel and the salmon. The portion of it could have been *slightly* bigger, but the taste was really great. I also loved the scallion cream cheese. It was only on one side, which was a little unfortunate, but the amount reached the perfect bagel/salmon/cream-cheese triumvirate of a ratio where everything blends perfectly together. The texture on this was just so creamy. The capers were nice, but some more red onions would've been ideal. For just around $17, this is pretty large - and I think a decent deal for the level of quality you're getting.
