They take advantage of patrons who won't count their change and when asked about it the employee got very defensive. After totaling the order, they round up to the nearest dollar to avoid giving back any change and call it "tax". It sad how bad Chinese people exploit the black & brown community. I witnessed them charging an older customer $7 for 3 egg rolls and didn't give him any change. The listed price on the menu is $2.00, but the employee then said it was $2.20 with tax. Even with a total of $6.60 the customer should have still received 0.40¢ in change. The employees know what they're doing and it's evident they've been stealing from the community for years with no recourse.
