The dentist was great, and the dental hygienist was very nice and helpful. I would not recommend them if you plan on using them with a VA referral. That was the whole reason I switched to them. I got a referral from the VA to use an outside dentist. All the way up to the day of the appointment, they told me this was fine. Then the day of my appointment comes, and they call to tell me they don't honor VA recommendations, and I would have to pay cash for my appointment. It would have been nice to know that a month before, when I made the appointment. insurance When I walked in for my visit again, they refused to use my VA referral and told me I needed to work that out with them. I told them ok and that I have Delta Dental through my employer. They told me I didn't have that either. It's odd that they already knew I didn't have insurance through them before I told them I did and gave them my insurance card. Then I was told, "You can bring this card in all day long, but if you are not in their system, you don't have insurance". Luckily, the receptionist was smart enough to look up my card and verify my insurance. Thats something their "Insurance verification team" couldn't figure out. So it was pretty easy from there on out. Over all most of the staff were helpful and nice in nature. They just have one know-it-all behind the counter who doesn't really know anything. Can I give zero stars? This is the second time I've been here... shockingly it was even worse than my first checkup. I should've switched dentists last year, but admittedly dealing with who takes my insurance was an overwhelming task... so I went back. They only cleaned 1/2 my teeth... seriously. I had a bit of sensitivity and they said it was "good enough." They took X-rays, but the dentist never looked at them or discussed them with me. I waited a loooong time for my appointment, but once in the chair I was out in 15-20 mins... and only saw- what I assume was a guest dentist- for about 10mins. Most of the time he was cleaning 1/2 my teeth and having a conversation with the young (hygienist ?) about if the office was going to allow him to keep his job there if not. I was getting water cooler talk, and half-assed service I walked out without any consultation, or discussion about my oral health and only 1/2 my teeth cleaned. read more

I've scheduled my husband twice here and they keep canceling because they can't get their shit together and understand English. I've given them all my insurance info name and everything weeks before his appointment and they call the day before to mess up on shit and call us to cancel because they didn't have the correct info to verify with the insurance company before they left work early on Memorial Day? lol what a joke!!!!! Then I'm on the phone with them to REPROVIDE them the info they need and another person from their office called me while I was already on the phone with them and try to say I didn't answer! Literally THE craziest dental appointment I've ever taken my child to. DO NOT USE them for Pediatric Dentistry. I doubt I would use them for normal dentistry. The out of town doctor was completely unprofessional and intentionally antagonist and belittling. His energy was hostile from the start and when I questioned his want to put EIGHT SILVER CAPS on my child's teeth that a previous dentist agreed only needed 4 fillings he was condescending, rude and told me to find a new dentist. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. They needed to speak with my previous dentist to see exactly what I needed done, as i had work done 3 months prior. They took previous dentist info and said they'd take care of it. Day before my appointment they text me reminder with wrong appointment time, and insisted they never gave me the original appointment time (after talking to many locals this happens to almost everyone). I rearranged my schedule to make my new appointment time, 30 min before appointment they call asking if I can come earlier. I decided to confirm that they got info from previous dentist, which they had neglected to do. They thought I was just coming in for regular cleaning. Such negligence gives much distrust and after finding out that im not the only one this happens to, I would never recommend this place. read more

I'm highly recommended this dental office. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially dr Phạm, he is very well informed about the treatment plan and explained things in very easy way to understand and had options for patient; no rushing or pushing. I got my deep clean and filling done; all went very good and smooth. Dr Phạm makes sure when it hurts, let him know and then he will be very gently on that teeth. My daughter had a couple of fillings and a baby tooth extracted . Three Dentist attends all his staff were excellent with her. She was scared and rightly so, but every eye patient and caring.
