Dr. Karen Arents has recently given me very constructive and very professional advice on how I should take care of my mouth and lip, which have worked for me really well. She paused and allowed me to rest my jaw during the treatment and was continually asking if I was doing ok. I have a dental back ground and the dentist that did the filling the first time, just 3 months earlier, left a space between the teeth which packed with food every time I ate. I asked my sister to go see Dr. Rivers before she did what another dentist recommended, which was to have one of her teeth extracted. Dr. Rivers made a crown and put the finished crown in her mouth the same day.

We were able to get her in on a Sunday with Dr. Jay Erickson. He was extremely professional and seemed more than happy to see us even though it was after normal operating hours. Dr. Erickson was thorough and gentle. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He even followed up with us with a phone call ! I have had follow up calls from staff at other dentist offices but never from the Doctor. After the great service we received, when I was down for another family visit I decided to to have some teeth whitening trays made by Mathews Dental Group. Love them! They fit perfect! SO convenient! NOW more has to come out of OUR pockets. This seems to ALWAYS be the case at this practice. I tend to agree with other reviewers that this dental practice is VERY greedy and is trying to "GOUGE" everyone that walks in the door. I also thought that Dr. Light was supposed to be a "Christian."
