My husband took his car here for an issue with his clutch. They reassured him several times that there was not an issue with his clutch but they found some other things that needed work. We got the work done. $900 later and the same day we got the car back, the car left him stranded because guess what......? the clutch we were reassured was fine, went out. They agreed that it was a mistake and offered to fix for free, however, we are in our 5th week of "waiting for a bay to open". They don't have it in their budget to offer a rental car. The part that angers me is that we have been sharing a car for 5 weeks. My son was sick with a fever and I didn't have my own car to run to the store for cold medicine because my husband was at work. We will NEVER recommend or go back. Come on guys hurry up!! read more

I went in today to get my 2018 GMC Sierra aligned because I had been hearing noise come from the tire. After getting the vehicle diagnosed it was determined that my wheel bearing was bad. This is because of aftermarket wheels and tires. Unfortunately the additional weight wore out the wheel bearing quicker than it should have. They were able to get it taken care of quickly and very cost effectively. I highly recommend this company! read more

I've been using mechanics and shops for 30 years. It is rare to find someone who knows what they're doing, does it for a reasonable price and goes above and beyond for their customer. Jake and team worked with the dealership and warranty company to make sure we got the very best deal. The team is always very thorough and takes pride in their work. They then found a power steering leak when I took the truck in for regular maintenance. They helped again and provided the best price, service, and overall best value. I scheduled an appointment for 8am four day's prior and received numerous reminder emails regarding my appointment time but when I arrived the morning of the appointment they had no record of it and stated that the machine was down that they needed to do the job. If I could give 0 stars I would, the lack of communication and disregard for my time was horrible. I will not be returning and I will be letting people I know not to use this business. read more

I brought my car here in hopes that it would be an easy fix since I had already had the car diagnosed and paperwork to let the mechanics know exactly what was going on with the vehicle already. I just unfortunately did not have the tools to do the job. After having my car all day I received a call that my car had nothing wrong with it even after being run for multiple hours they still saw nothing. When I went to get my car as soon as I started it the misfiring issue started immediately and within five minutes of driving the vehicle I had to pull over, I then called the shop and all the best they had for me was to come back two days from now when they have time to run their own tests. The man claimed he had my car running for a long time with no issues at all or any misfires yet the moment I put my vehicle in reverse it misfired once again? Did you bother to even move the vehicle from the parking spot? Not only will I be taking my car someplace That can fix it the first time but also may be the next time you receive a vehicle actually inspect it and find the issue instead of sitting around. read more
