Wow, I've found my auto shop for life! If I could give more stars, I would! I went in for a simple oil change with a groupon and as I waited in the lobby, I saw what it truly means for someone to care about others. Stephen at the front desk spent so much time with each customer really listening, offering advice, and always giving customers an option to come in and chat more in depth for free. An example: customer has an older vehicle and was looking at extended warranty programs. Stephen told the customer to bring in the warranty offers and he or the owner would review them with him! My personal experience: I have same major steering gear issues to my 2009 CRV. She's pretty beat up and not really worth fixing, but I'm not ready to buy for a few months. He offers me to come in weekly and have my fluid levels monitored and filled for free (in moderation) so we can determine how fast/slow the leak is. This will ensure I don't blow up my pump and can save for my new vehicle. Amazing! Highly recommend! read more

Ok so I hit a curb in my Infiniti, which I already knew was going to be an expensive repair. Given the circumstances, Rick and another gentleman were super responsive and transparent with me. They gave me an estimate of $2800 to repair, and at the end of it when they finished with my car I was pleased to be informed that the repairs ended up being cheaper than the estimate by a couple hundred dollars! On top of all of that if my experience wasn't great enough my car was done in a day in a half!!! Every other mechanic I had called wouldn't be able to even look at my car for up to 2 weeks! This place really lives by their name, and would recommend to anybody in need of car repair! All in all my experience with intechgrity was second-to-none! My car was leaking oil and that's usually not good news obviously. I hate taking my car in because as a lady it always feels like more things get added to the ticket than necessary. I was able to bring my car in quickly and got it back in a day. The employees were very nice and helpful. I was sent photos of the problem and a full vehicle inspection chart of what was in need of repair. It was a simple and easy process. With a high mileage vehicle usually the check list is a mile long. It was a nice surprise to have only the things my car really needed added. These guys are trustworthy and helpful. My husband and I will definitely keep coming back any time we need our cars serviced or estimated! They are trustworthy about car needs, transparent with timing, and very fair in pricing. I first came for a tire rotation and oil change - not only was it cheaper than my previous place, but upon my request, they did a quick look over for any potential issues and said "everything looked fine." This might not be a big deal to everyone, but for a mechanic to say everything is fine for a 9 year old hybrid is AWESOME. I talked to 4 employees while checking out - everyone was really friendly. My husband has been in for brakes and oil change, and my dad went in for transmission work. I love Intechgrity! They are my nearest mechanic, close enough to walk to, and I'm glad to have them nearby. I come hear regularly for pretty much any kind of diagnosis I need. What I appreciate most I think is that they're straightforward, and Rick and their team are knowledgeable about many car things. I've had issues with low oil levels and they recommended how I could take care of the car better in the future. I brought in a used car that I'd nearly purchased and Rick said "That car is in roughest condition I've seen in a while." I appreciate that level of directness! Their prices are good, and they work with most any cars, though they'll tell you if there's a fix they can't do, maybe like rebuilding an engine on a Japanese car. Our car broke down near our daughter's home in Denver, so she recommended Intechgrity. Turns out it was the transmission that we just had fixed by another company earlier this year, and we weren't willing to fix it again (we had already decided the next break down was our last for this car). Their prices were fair and even lower than our other transmission place. They spent a great deal of time looking over our car so we could understand what we'd need if we decided to keep it, even when they knew we likely wouldn't get it repaired. The employees were extremely professional and patient - NO pressure for us to have anything fixed. They even allowed us to keep our car at their location until we could find a replacement and have it towed. They seem very trustworthy and reliable. If I could give no stars I would these people had my car for times for the same oil leak and then told me that my master mechanic on 47 years was wrong! But REFUSED to put it on the lift so that I could show them the leaks! Self Sealing Oil Pam GASKET STILL leaks! I will never go to them again and I recommend that no one else does!! The they were rude to me After I had to call them back and say that my car was leaking oil for the third time an after I had to call them back and say that my car was leaking oil for 3rd Time! I had an easy broken radiator problem. They were going to charge me $669.00 for parts and labor. And when I said that I was a AAA member, it was supposed to be 10% off labor. The guy said that it would only be $1 off of the $669.00. I was a Fleet Manager for a few years and have a lot of good mechanic contacts. I got quotes from (3) of my trusted mechanics and Tilden was $275-$325 MORE expensive to fix then my trusted mechanics. On top of all that, they charged $50.00 (or 1/2 hour in labor) to look at the car. It was the radiator. If it took them more than 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong, I would seriously be surprised. The only good thing I have to say is they were nice. But they seriously tried to swindle me. Don't take your car here unless you have $$$ to spare. read more

As a mature (ahem) woman, I frequently expect to be treated in a patronizing fashion when I walk in to a auto repair provider. I was delighted by the service and staff at Intechgrity Auto Service on South Federal near Belleview. Steve answered the phone when I called for an appointment and he was professional, engaging and courteous. When I arrived at the garage, I was immediately greeted with a smile and a sincere welcome. Rick listened to my problem without interruption, asked some questions and then explained the process to identify and resolve the issue. He gave me an estimate for diagnostics and promised to call me when the problems were identified. I heard from Rick within an hour and received the good news that all I needed was a new battery. Rick said "I don't want to waste your money", which nearly made me drop my phone. The service cost me much less than expected, my vehicle was ready in less than two hours and Rick and Steve were a pleasure. I highly recommend this business! read more

I'm not a car person, so I always feel nervous going to an auto shop, because I don't know whether to believe when I'm told I need to do something. I don't worry about this at Tilden. My last car was ten years old. About six months before I sold it I brought it to Tilden for an oil change and a list of concerns. One of them was that I was worried that the clutch was getting sticky. They could have replaced the clutch, but instead they were honest and told me it didn't need it. A couple of months ago my dad was up and had a suspension issue that was too dangerous to drive home. Tilden really came through. It could have been several things, but they explained the things that were most likely and told him what he needed to do be safe enough to get home where he could go to his normal mechanic. I took my car in for one issue, they came back with a laundry list of things wrong with the car $1700 later they didnt fix the issue I took it in for! But told me it was fixed. Horrible experience!!!!! Tried to charge me $120 for an oil change!!! Older big guy with long beard Was extremely unhelpful! I brought my 2014 Subaru in for an oil change purchased with a groupon for $64. Left work early to get car in before big road trip, then this guy tells me I need a "specialty" filter and extra quart of oil and it will be $120 . I proceeded to tell him I get my oil changed regularly and it has never been over $60 even at the dealership. He just shrugged his shoulders and said that was the price. Went to get my driver's window fixed, it wasn't rolling up. They fixed it but they messed up the door panel, the console that controls the window is now constantly popping out of the door. I took it back and complained and they shoved a bolt into the plastic to tighten it but it didn't do anything other than make a new hole in the panel. They really messed it up and then when I complained and gave them a chance to make it right they somehow made it worse. read more

I took my vehicle to Intechgrity Automotive yesterday for a break check because my steering was shaking a little. Before, my appointment, I researched them on Yelp noted that most of the reviews were awesome. Intechgrity called my husband after their inspection and told him that my car need all new break pads and all new rotors and the cost would be around $1100. when I picked up my car, I was given no detail measurements of my brake pads which made me very uncomfortable with their inspection. I took my car to another auto mechanic shop off of Lehigh Pl in Englewood for a second opinion. After their inspection they called and provided a detailed report informing me of the exact condition of my brakes; stating that I am not in need of brakes quite yet. They diagnosed the real problem and $75 later I had my car back. read more

They had me between a rock and a hard place, $750.00 TO REPLACE TRANSMISSION OIL, FILTER, AND GASKET AND WARPED PAN, ALSO FLUSHED BRAKE LINES, I LIKE THEIR WORK, BUT KINDA WISHY WASHY ON THE COSTS. There are 2 other shops north of this one on Federal that are questionable when it comes to price and the receipt at the end. I caught them both trying to beat me on the labor ( double labor on parts already removed when addressing the main issue. This shop did the same to the tune of about 90.00. on the supposed warped tranny pan. 99 Olds cutlass GLS, 75,000 original. a creampuff. Other comments concerning tires and bulb replacement really took the cake. 35.00 to replace a tail lamp here folks. Just sayin, I like to keep my money spent locally but its getting tougher all the time read more

Please do not ever go to this auto shop if you are a young woman. I went in after they sent me a coupon for an oil change and 10% off any work I had done. I asked for an oil change+filter, transmission conditioner, tires rotated and my serpentine belt replaced. Simple work, right? They tried to charge me $250 just for those things and said it would be at the most 2 hours until I got the car back. 8 hours later and two phone calls of them trying to tell me I needed more things done or else "my car won't even make it out of the shop," they were trying to charge me $850 more!! I immediately knew what was going on and I told them I didn't want them to do anything else to my car, that I would pay for what I consented to and I was taking my car back. I immediately took my car to an ASE master certified mechanic that's done work for my whole family and he said everything these guys told me was a lie. He showed me everything they were trying to tell me needed to be replaced ASAP (rear brake caliper and serpentine tensioner) and everything was perfectly fine. They didn't tip off my fluids or even tell me my washer fluid was low and tried to reassure that they were "good guys" after they tried to charge me $1,000+ for unnecessary things. I have a Kia Optima that the lock cylinder and hammers went out on it. I called them to see if they could work on my car, there was no question they said yes get it here and we can look at it. I had it towed to the shop. They called me when the tow truck arrived to let me know they had my car. They called me after they ran diagnostics on it and gave me a quote for the price. Then they waited to work on it until I called them back to give the go a head! The parts were delayed because of the dealership not shipping them on time and I also received a call about that! I loved their attention to customer service! A week after I picked up my car I received another call to check on how things were going and to be sure the work was done well!! This is completely unheard of in this day and age! As long as they can fix it they will have my business! read more

You be the judge: We take our car in for warranty work because were leaking oil and water. We have a great warranty, the oil pan gets changed out and the leaky radi too, we also get a transmission flush /change-all covered with our warranty payment. with in days A new leak apears- its TRANS fluid. We take our car back 6 days later since I dont have endless days off to deal with cars... So they change the rubber around it 4 times and it still leaks and tilden comes to the conclusion the pan is warped. They want us to pay 76.00 for the pan. THE car was just in there less than a week ago-and they put the pan back on... Pans dont warp over night, its more likely that the mech who did our flush/changed OVER TIGHTENED the pan. They try to turn it on us as if its our fault and insist we pay for the pan, even trying to guilt us that they used all this trans fluid.. #1 if you changed it two times and it still leaks why try a 3rd #2 my car was not leaking trans fluid a week before, you do a flush/change and now its leaking and its my problem #3 it was under warranty why couldnt they go back on the warranty -because they screwed up and now they want to recoup thier idiot mistake and make me pay for the pan. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS and I am warning you. DONT GO HERE! Find a better place to take your car! read more

After having these guys service the transmission on my Toyota Venza, the transmission failed and cost me $1850 to repair at a Toyota dealer. The Toyota master mechanic said it was due to overfilling the transmission. When I went in to "InTechgrity" they said all they do is preventative maintenance and couldn't cause this issue, and wouldn't do anything about it. So much for integrity! Don't bother using these guys, it will cost you more in the long run. read more

I went in to get a full diagnostic on my Cadillac cts and advised them what I've already checked. I was charged the amount was $98.59, and I asked if I can use a coupon received via text for $30 off for any service for $100 or more. I was advised that technically it's not $100, and he couldn't not use the coupon. It's ridiculous to not honor the coupon, when you're off a little of over a dollar. I was a little disappointed. I came to try them out, after hearing all the positive reviews online. I probably won't comeback after this. I went to Firestone Complete auto care the day prior and they gave $50 dollar discount! You may ask why I went to two different places. I needed a confirmation as to what was wrong with my vehicle, hence the reason I went to two different shops. read more

I told InTechgrity Automotive that I had pulled codes and replaced parts on my Jeep, but needed deeper diagnostic work; after paying $120 for diagnostics and getting a $600+ quote to replace parts that I had already told them I had already replaced; took it home and did a compression test; ZERO COMPRESSION in #2 cylinder. None of the work they proposed would have addressed the problem and they refused to refund the fee for misdiagnosis. They seem like nice incompetent folks. read more

We took the car in because they had done major work on it less than a year before. They never called me, I had to call them three times. They tried to charge $140 for an oil change and to drive the car for three minutes. Once I hit the roof they took the bill down to $100. However, $100 for an oil change is outrageous.
