This is an ice cream cookie sandwich?
    Daniel C M.

The 2 star is for value for money. Come on, I would be embarrassed to serve such a tiny ice cream cookie sandwich, Heck the name is even bigger, than this tiny thing. Plus it was 4.50 and than I see I was also charge .60 cent's service charge (have no idea what that was about) the flavor was good, I got the berry one. But left very disappointed. See picture, and note I wear a size medium glove.

This spot is soo cute! Definitely can't miss it! I got the coffee ice cream in a cup and the flavor was bomb! You do have long lines but the move pretty fast but it gives you a chance to look at their menu and flavors. Location is cute because they have plenty of outdoor seating around the shop.

Hangar 2 is a great off the beaten path hang out space with eateries and shops. If you're not a local or yelper, you most likely wouldn't know that this place exists. In this area lies the magnificent Rocket Ice Cream. The rocket is most definitely a sight to see. It's super cool and right in the middle of all the action at Hangar 2. I decided to take my sister here right after her graduation at CCA. We stopped by around 12:30, which is 30 minutes after they opened. There was no one in line, but the surrounding seating area was full of people and very busy overall. The young man working inside the rocket was very nice and had our ice cream out in no time. The whole interaction lasted no more than three minutes. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake in a waffle cone and thought that it was delicious. There were lots of small cheesecake bites and the strawberry wasn't too overpowering. My sister got the salted oreo in a medium cup and the portion was perfect. We both agreed that it tasted a bit off, probably because it was salted, but she ate it anyway. Overall, Rocket Ice Cream is a nice treat on a hot day and the service is great!

Stopped here for dessert. Second time here. Too cold to eat outside! BF's salted Oreo was very good. My strawberry sorbet was a little too sweet. BF ordered a double scoop, but got a single. I ordered a single and got a single :) He went back and ordered a double scoop again, and was given another single. Weird.

I was in the area with mr. picky pants and noticed this place. a few days later, we brought my mom and her hubs over there and were pleasantly surprised! Of course the flavors change frequently, so the reason i was attracted initially had me curious as to when i could try those flavors.... we tried a wide variety, between the five of us and each flavor was outstanding! i need to go back to see what else i can try!

couldn't find on yelp but found c.c. receipt and here it is! had lots of interesting flavors with unique names. can't remember all but 2 of double scoops with two different flavors came out to $8.53 loved scoop of salted Oreo and caramel that went together very well. very catch concept, love the offerings with seating area to enjoy the creation

The theme of this ice cream shoppe is fun. The large silver retro style rocket over the building is very cool. What was surprising was that the ice cream tasted very fresh. I liked that there were flavors that you don't see everyday. This visit was banana, next time... who knows.

This…read morelocation of Little Man is an absolute icon in Denver, as noted by the line stretching up the sloped street at nearly any time of day. Beyond serving ice cream, they serve as an outdoor gathering spot with events like ice cream making, movies on a projector screen, and live music throughout the year. They also sell real Christmas trees (little ones for the little men/women in your life) during the holidays. This is LoHi, so be prepared for a bit of street parking headache if you're driving here. While waiting in line, browse the posted signs for current specials and sneak a peek at the scoop flavors posted between each order window. On extra long wait days, you can walk down the street to their factory location just a few yards down to save time on their year-round flavors. They do have dairy-free options as well. Once you're at the front, walk up to the first open scooper at any of the various windows and you can sample any flavor on the menu. Obviously the Salty O (a salty Oreo) is a staple, but I'm partial to their Ube Cheesecake (it does taste like ube!) as well. Some of their salty flavors can err a little TOO salty, which was a first for me ice cream wise, so just be warned that I wouldn't get more than a single scoop of these unless you're a sodium fiend. Their ice cream sandwiches are pretty good too, but come out solid as a rock from the freezer so you might get stuck thawing this in your pocket while the rest of your friends are downing their dessert. Take a minute to unplug and people watch on the patio while you enjoy.

They don't just make the ice cream taste like oatmeal raisin cookies; there are huge chunks of actual oatmeal raisin cookies mixed throughout, which made it even better. If you're an oatmeal raisin cookie fan like I am, this flavor is an absolute must-try!! I also tried the Salted Oreo. I normally love a salty-and-sweet combo, but this one leaned a little too salty for my personal taste. Still good, just not quite as much of a standout for me as the oatmeal raisin. Overall, definitely a spot worth checking out, and I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors.

It always hits the spot and I never get tired of it. It has that classic neighborhood feel where there is usually a line outside, but it is always worth the wait. The Order: Salted Oreo & Price The Salted Oreo is my go-to because it has the perfect sweet and salty balance I love. If I'm not getting that, I'm getting the Lemon Custard. Both are incredible. For a double scoop in a cup, it cost about $8-$9. While they have great vegan and dairy-free options, the Salted Oreo I get is their traditional dairy version. Homemade: One of the reasons it tastes so good is that they make their own ice cream and cones right on-site! You can really taste the difference in the freshness of the scoops and the crunch of the waffle cones. Customer Service: Even when it's packed inside with people ready to order, the staff is very quick and efficient. The customer service is great, which is impressive considering how busy they usually are. Parking: A huge plus for this location is the free street parking, making it an easy and accessible stop compared to other busy areas. Overall Experience: I managed to time my last visit earlier in the day to beat the line, but even when it's busy, the quality is top-tier. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It's a local gem that truly deserves more hype.

This tiny, adorable hole-in-the-wall shop is everything you want in a neighborhood ice cream spot -- warm, welcoming, unpretentious, and run by two of the most genuinely lovely women I've ever encountered in the food service industry. From the moment our group of six walked in, we felt like we'd been coming here for years. They were patient, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about every single thing they make. Now let me talk about the ICE CREAM, because wow. Six people, multiple flavors between us, and not one single complaint -- which if you know my family, is basically a miracle. Everything was rich, creamy, and tasted completely homemade in the best possible way. But the thing that absolutely sent me over the edge? BANANA PUDDING. Multiple banana pudding options. I grew up in the South and I have been low-key grieving the lack of banana pudding culture everywhere else I've lived, and here it is -- in Denver, Colorado -- done absolutely right. I may have embarrassed myself slightly. No regrets. This is a Black woman-owned business and these two have built something truly special. It's family-friendly, it's joyful, and it has that rare quality of feeling like a place that was made with real love. If you're anywhere near the museum, you would be genuinely doing yourself a disservice to walk past this place. Go in. Get the banana pudding. Thank me later.
