Part of my gutter had fallen off, and both the roof and gutters were in pretty bad shape with a lot of moss. I talked to a few other companies before, and some tried to oversell or make the situation sound worse. This team gave me the most practical suggestions and a very reasonable estimate. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice. Juan and Mario showed up on time and worked super efficiently. In about three hours, they got everything done perfectly, roof and gutters cleaned, gutters fixed, everything spotless. I really appreciated their work ethic and the way they went above and beyond without me even asking. They cleaned the small shed roof that isn't connected to the house, adjusted other parts of the gutter that needed attention, and left the whole place so clean. The interaction came across as very passive-aggressive. I then attempted to schedule ONLY the basic cleaning (a separate estimate), because the project manager had not indicated that I was not allowed to do so, and I continued to receive automated reminders via text and email to schedule it. I get if you're too busy. But don't cancel and then complain to me about it. In essence, I'm sure they'll be great for a bigger job in your area. But ensure that they're going to follow through on it.
