They don't come when scheduled and their batteries are bad. I have had one replaced twice. They are not apple batteries, nor or they lithium ion. They are cheap because they are cheap and can not hold a charge more than two hours. Apple tested the "new" battery and it failed. I paid 75 dollars to fix my screen and the tech told me I needed a new battery. So I trusted him and paid another 100 for a new battery for my phone for a total of 175. He fixed it in 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Not bad right? Not! To start off he sold me a defected battery so my phone could only hold 25% charge. It took 4 calls and more than a week of this to get them back to swap out the battery. When they finally came back to do it, he wanted to charge me again!! I refused and told them no way since I just paid 175 for 15 minutes of labor and a defected battery. I made a fuss and they agreed and swapped out the battery. Agreeable right? No, the problems continued. The guy didn't tape down or screw in my battery correctly so now if you shake the phone, there is a clunking back and forth. Additionally, he didn't pop in the screen correctly when he was replacing the battery so now half the screen is popped out of the phone. Freakin ridiculous. So I called back and made an appointment for Thursday. They never showed nor called. I called back Friday morning and they scheduled a time between 10 am and 12 pm. I waited. They never showed nor called again. I called back and the lady said they didn't have the appointment so she made me one at 6 pm. Guess what, 6 pm rolled around and no call no show. Then they stopped picking up calls to their office. Guess they went home early even though they close at 8? Lazy. So today, Tuesday, I call back and she says they had my cell number wrong.... mind you I've talked to them over 15 times by now.. but ok fine. She says I have to wait around because the tech is busy and he can show anytime between 2 pm and 6 pm. A little ridiculous but I agree since I give them my work address... guess what? No one calls or shows. Now it's 6:31pm and their office isn't picking up the phone again. It's ridiculous how they run this bs operation. I'm going to the bank to get my money back. I'm ridiculously pissed but imagine how pissed I would be if I waited around my home or someplace else that wasn't work?! Horrible people, horrible service, horrible company. Avoid at all cost, go anywhere else except here. They will create 10 times more problems than they solve. I was as patient as possible and I'm still in shock at how ridiculous this company is. read more

Worst company ever! I send a yelp message no answer. Yelp says they respond in 15 mins. It's over two hours and still no response. So I see the companies address and I walk over as I work like a block away. The address is vacant. So I call and them and they say they are mobile only service. I make an appointment to meet at Starbucks. I get a call with them saying it's to hard to find a parking spot so could you hand me you phone and I will do it in the car. What? How can you do that if there is no place to park? No I will not hand my phone over to you and let you drive away and maybe come back. So I say don't bother I will go elsewhere. Then I get a series of text messages stating I need to use them. I say no and block there repeated text messages. Just filed a BBB Complaint. Very poor and shading business. Avoid them!!! read more

What a disaster. Stay away. This company may be the worst phone repair company out there. First off they don't know how to make appointments. The first time someone came by he replaced my screen and camera lens. After he agreed that the pictures were blurry and that he would come back to replace the camera. They claimed that they ordered the camera and it was on its way. I waited a week and called assuming it would be in but no such luck. A week after that I called again and apparently the part was supposed to be arriving on Monday. Monday comes no he meant tuesday. Tuesday comes we make an appointment at 1:30 pm which I had to miss work for. At 1:20 I get a call claiming that the technician is not answering his phone and he is not reliable in this area. An appointment is made for the next day at 11:30. At 11:30 I get a call that the technician does not have the part and has to pick it up which means he cannot be there until 6. People do not sit at home waiting thats why we have appointments. Another appointment is made for the next day. Technician arrives an hour late but at least he showed up this time. He tells me there is nothing wrong with my camera and all they told him was that he needed to replace my camera lens and not the camera. Are you kidding me. The best part is they speak to each other in a language I understand and clearly they do not communicate with each other. Most unorganized awful company. Save yourself the trouble and hassle and take your phone to a real company. AWFUL is all I have to say. 165 dollars down the drain. read more

I appreciate the good custom service so that is why I'm giving them a two instead of a zero but the quality of the screens used is not equivalent to the previous screen. My old phone ended up having technical issue so I needed a replacement. When I compared the phones side by side the new phone's screen felt like glass but the screen placed on my previous phone felt like plastic. I guess you get what you pay for. If you're expecting the replacement screen to be equivalent to your old screen you will be disappointed but if you're looking for a cheap quick fix this company is the way to go. read more

Very convenient. Set the mid-day appointment to repair a broken iPhone screen when I arrived at work......without problem. RocketFix parked in my building downtown and came directly to my office. ABSOLUTLEY terrible service. If you care about your phone, do NOT use this service. First off the replacement screens are TERRIBLE quality, be sure to test and test everything over again WHILE THEY ARE STILL NEAR YOU. Because if you don't, they will not replace it or give a refund. Mine hardly works. They play games and don't respond when needed then blame you for missing "appointments". Technicians are rough with phones and work too fast almost looking as if they'll break it. I'm telling you, this is the biggest scam I've seen in a long time. Go elsewhere, for your sake. And to this company, you are disgusting .
