I originally gave this spot a good rating- these days I have camera issues like CRAZY which was never an issue. I purchased the pricier screen OLED bc i read online it was "better for the phone" but it lags and does not record videos. I can only take pictures in .05, regular photos are blurry/ lag to capture or delete "photo" entirely. I cannot use social media to record ANYTHING- it does not work. If i do get a video, it pauses at a few frames and does not get the audio ): I only had a cracked screen and swollen battery- my phone is working weirdly now. My bf and I just walked into the store since we finally made the time today. We were on a time crunch since we had to attend something right after. We were hoping to finally fix his camera lens that had cracked. I had messaged this business prior for pricing (see attached). We walked in and inquired. The kid with glasses sitting in the front checked the phone & gave us the price of $50+ (excluding tax) -- he said. I mentioned that I had messaged them via Yelp for pricing & they kinda gas lighted me & said they didn't respond to me. End of this story, just walk in & ask for the price in person. I don't mind paying, but I didn't like the lies. It took me a while to find the message, but I finally did after we left. Just wanted to show them I wasn't lying like them. When you walk in, you will know they will get your device fixed as the techs work in an open space. They have all the right tools to get the job done. That was the first feeling when walking in to this shop. My device had water damage and other shops wouldn't even bother with it. They had better communications, and they were pretty straightforward about what can be recover and what can not be fixed. Sadly, there was too much damage to the phone to even consider fully fixing the device. They were able to get it working enough so I can recover the data. Most phones these days, the solid-state drive is attached to the motherboard and encrypted by the CPU. As long as the motherboard is recoverable, there is still a chance the data is still reachable. read more

Found them on Yelp and Doug's communication was excellent, very prompt. Estimate quote was precise and very competitive. Doug and staff was very busy but repaired a couple of iPhones for us. They replaced a charging port, screen and batteries. Most of the parts are generic as he explained. He clearly stated the replacement battery will not report its health because it is not OEM but we are okay with it. We need the phones to work till Christmas. I bought a used iPhone from this place and when I went back to have it repaired, they denied the fact that they had no information about the credentials of the phone. I had the information was taped on the back of the phone, by them when they sold it. In order to sell any legitimate iPhone, you have to get the original information from the person who you bought it off, to be able to clear it and reset it. They are very nefarious and not to be trusted. I set up the phone in this store, with the help of one of his employees. They will lie and say, that you did not. DO NOT buy any Apple phones from them, make sure they are able to show you the credentials for the phone, previous owner and the password the person gave to them, when they purchased the phone from them. If not, they are scamming you. And you will never be able to unlock the phone. They try and make it seems as if the original information comes from you, when you create an iPhone account and they are not in possession of any information prior to selling you the phone. One of the few phone fix it stores open on a Sunday. My dad's iPhone 8 audio wasn't working, we called to make sure they were open as it was 4pm on a Sunday. We arrived and there were 2 guys working. They fixed the microphone for $40 and it took 20 minutes. We had to go back the following the day as the speaker also had to be replaced and it was an additional money but it works perfectly fine now and it was much cheaper than a new phone. read more

Please save your time and money and do not go here. I paid $120 to get the back glass on phone repaired Sunday 5/26 and by Thursday 5/30 there was a crack on the bottom right corner that has continued to grow since. I'll also mention I had a case on and had not dropped it since getting replaced. Of course the shop did not respond to my message and when I called they were quick to bring up that their warranty does not cover physical damage. Sorry, but how are you going to have a warranty and not cover the ONE thing you replaced?? And we all know if I came in with internal damage, I'd be told they didn't work on anything internally and are not responsible for that. The offer they so graciously gave to me was $60 since it was so "recent". So tell me this, I'm going to go and pay another $60 to a scam of a shop only for it to crack in another week and I'll be in their revolving door of a scam. read more
