They were able to help my partner fix their iPhone 12 from a stuck boot loop where Apple and T-Mobile didn't even bother to try fixing! They were fixed it within two days, gave a simple explanation for what the problem was, and a fairly reasonable price for what was probably a teardown to get into the phone and put everything in working order! read more

Firstl time I was in the ICFix on GG Blvd., Doug replaced the screen on my ZFold and it was an awesome experience. That is definitely my go-to spot! Please save your time and money and do not go here. I paid $120 to get the back glass on phone repaired Sunday 5/26 and by Thursday 5/30 there was a crack on the bottom right corner that has continued to grow since. I'll also mention I had a case on and had not dropped it since getting replaced. Of course the shop did not respond to my message and when I called they were quick to bring up that their warranty does not cover physical damage. Sorry, but how are you going to have a warranty and not cover the ONE thing you replaced?? And we all know if I came in with internal damage, I'd be told they didn't work on anything internally and are not responsible for that. The offer they so graciously gave to me was $60 since it was so "recent". So tell me this, I'm going to go and pay another $60 to a scam of a shop only for it to crack in another week and I'll be in their revolving door of a scam. read more

Found them on Yelp and Doug's communication was excellent, very prompt. Estimate quote was precise and very competitive. Doug and staff was very busy but repaired a couple of iPhones for us. They replaced a charging port, screen and batteries. Most of the parts are generic as he explained. He clearly stated the replacement battery will not report its health because it is not OEM but we are okay with it. We need the phones to work till Christmas. The 2 phone repairs took about 1.5 hours so we grabbed a yummy lunch in Little Saigon. Highly recommend. read more

One of the few phone fix it stores open on a Sunday. My dad's iPhone 8 audio wasn't working, we called to make sure they were open as it was 4pm on a Sunday. We arrived and there were 2 guys working. They fixed the microphone for $40 and it took 20 minutes. We had to go back the following the day as the speaker also had to be replaced and it was an additional money but it works perfectly fine now and it was much cheaper than a new phone. read more

My Galaxy S22's charge port was busted. Brought it in, and they also pointed out my battery was inflated and popping out of the case (Aka, Spicy battery). Glad I brought it in, otherwise I could've gotten a nasty surprise exploding phone eventually. They quoted me a very good price, and the repair was done in an hour. Went to get phone repaired. They told me phone needed new lcd. I was told it was going to get replaced with a new lcd but upon inspecting the phone when I picked it up there were dents and scratches. Came across Smart Fix and was bit skeptical but reached out. I was able to get immediate response back and he was very transparent on his work. Due to the recent model of the phone, OEM screen sales were just not worth it due to the price and labor cost. basically paying half of the price of what I paid for the phone and thats not including the back glass. So I settled with a soft OLED aftermarket screen for a fraction of it. Pricing to fix both the front screen and back was half the price of what I would pay for a OEM screen alone not including labor fee. After installing, the aftermarket soft OLED. I haven't ran into any issues yet. Face Recognition works, no lags, no dead particles. The only noticeable change from OEM and aftermarket is the screen Bezel size which isn't a deal breaker for me. I watched him fix my phone and he ran through every step. I heard some reviews from other establishments being sneaky writing reviews on their business without the customers knowing or logging into your personal information and etc some horrifying things that invade your privacy. But with this establishment, he was kind and nice and did a great job! I will update after 3 months to see the progress of the screen.

He kept saying that he had proof that he did inform me of this and he said he would pull up his landline to show me the phone call where he stated this. I told him I would love to hear it and then he begins to cuss me out telling me to get the fuck out of his store and as I'm walking out he begins to charge at me and tells me to come back and fight him. I was shocked I couldn't believe that this guy really was treating me this way because I questioned his work which was not worth the money I paid. Then as I'm driving home my phone that he fixed completely blocks my network and won't read my SIM card or eSIM. I can almost guarantee he had a way to access my phone and since he was mad he made sure I could never use my phone again. And if he did that to me I can only imagine how many people he has done this too. He probably stores everyone's data from their phone. To anyone thinking of going here please don't. Idk how this guy is still in business he is no professional whatsoever. If you need a screen replacement your best bet would be to buy the stuff off Amazon and try to do it yourself I guarantee you can do a better
