We came to a wedding at this beautiful Banquet Hall. De Luxe is a very large and elegant banquet hall. They had over 300 guests. Everything about this location was absolutely breathtaking. The walls were very modern, the lighting was incredible, the beautiful marble dance floor just makes you wanna get up and dance even if you don't like the music. The music is totally up to you. If you hire a DJ or a live band is totally up to you! At this wedding they had both a DJ and a live band. It was an incredible night. The food, was so yummy! So much food! I think most people realize banquet halls throughout Los Angeles typically provide mediocre food by subpar service and an overly bougie/gaudy atmosphere. To my surprise, DeLuxe is rather classy with decent food and fantastic service. Our waiter was constantly checking on our table, bringing us food and drinks as we needed or requested, clearing and replacing plates and silverware, and even serving us when we were fully capable of doing so ourselves. The place (including bathrooms) was clean, modern, and in good shape. As for the main event - the food - there are just so many plates on your table you won't even realize what you forgot to eat or try. The "good" on our list included all the kebabs, the fish was amazing, chicken salad was surprisingly good but also surprised to be there at all; the mutabbal wasn't half bad; olive "salad" was amazing but spicy; fatoush was okay, baked mushrooms with cheese were delicious, and the licorice green drink soda something was refreshing. However, there were some downsides to the food as well. The sarma, boreg, and fatayer were just embarassing and tasted bad/bland. The bread was stale and dry, the muhammra was a joke to Syrians and the shrimp was just a wast to be there. Overall, a pretty good location! read more

My amazing friend since High School had his wedding reception here and this place is absolutely beautiful inside. You could never tell how wonderful this place is when you see if from the outside because it blends in with the other building around Burbank. But once you walk inside the banquet hall, you'll be amazed with the layout they have. Valet parking here is 15 and it's cash only so FYI. The valet driver burnt some rubber when he got into my car to park so I wasn't happy about that. This was an Armenian wedding and my first one but it was an amazing experience. The lighting in here is wonderful and the chandelier is very beautiful. They have a projector in here if you purchase the package I believe and they allow fog machine as we. I'm not sure about sparklers because my friend didn't have that. The Mediterranean food was amazing and the service staff working last night were wonderful. The reception open the banquet door at 7pm and we left at 2:30am to give you an estimate on how long you can stay there. One of the best banquet halls I been too. On 10/30 I was the best man for my friends wedding and honestly they made my best friends special day perfect. All the food was amazing super fresh salads, apps, entrees, and the staff was super attentive and extremely nice as well especially one of the floor managers a little bit older gentleman with glasses, the hall was very clean and spacious. I had a great experience with picking deluxe for our wedding venue. We met with the manager Haroot and booked with him that same day. He was so professional, kind, accommodating, helpful and responsive from the first day we met to the day of our wedding. He was honest, he was involved and really went out of his wat to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding day. The service and the food was beyond my expectations. The waiters helped us with the whole setup of the party , and going out of their way to help us. The waiters and the the whole crew were extremely professional and kind. They were working very hard to make sure that everyone was served on time and were attentive the whole night. Parking small, room fair, service fair, mandatory valet $15. I attended a friend's wedding on 9/3/23 and had to valet my car. Left my keycard in the car so that they valet and now come to find out that my open case of red wine had 2 bottles missing. It is unfortunate that this happened to think that we trust people to valet our cars not knowing that they would take things from it. PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN YOU HAVE THEM VALET, THINGS MAY BE STOLEN AND YOU WILL NOT KNOW IT UNTIL YOU NEED IT. read more

Haroot and Albert were always so helpful and very accommodating through the months leading up to our wedding reception. The hall is gorgeous, affordable, and the food was scrumptious. Our guests raved about the food that was served. They provided servers to bring out our food and drinks. They were attentive and professional. I NEVER write poor reviews. I am appalled at the lack of compassion and respect at the manager of this place and will actively inform others to NOT make reservations here. I suggest if you are reading this, you support another venue with people who will actually care about you and your event not just money. My friends and family hosted a memorial service here last week in order of a young woman who passed away. I would like to note, the waiters were kind and respectful. The manager (or whoever was in charge that day) was completely disrespectful, lacks tact and I hope takes a class in customer service or communication. Two of my friends merely moved seats and he had the nerve to rudely insist they were not allowed to move seats and wanted them to return back to the table they started at because they already ate food at another table (at this point only appetizers, still ridiculous). Another friend asked for more bread and was told "this is a banquet not a restaurant". This may seem small at first glance but tone is everything. It was unreal and unconscionable how rude his tone of voice and requests were. An entire table was stunned in the middle of a grieving day. Mind you, EVERY guest just returned from burying their daughter, sister and friend. A horrible loss and the intent was to have a nice afternoon eating together and remembering this young woman's life, not be approached by ridiculousness. I hope the owner reads this review, sits down with his manager and staff and teaches them to assess the room, what the guests have paid to be there for and to be KIND and decent. I don't know where to start!! My husband and I were looking for venues last summer and we were trying to find something that was in the spring of 2019. After countless searches and frustrating meetings, We came across this beautiful hall on yelp. My husband met with Harout and he was nothing but kind to us. He was so helpful and honest, that we had to go with this hall. Fast forward to this April. Our wedding was a dream come true. Harout went above and beyond to make our night extra magical. Our guests could not stop raving about the amazing food. I couldn't stop looking around and seeing how amazing the hall is and the ambiance of it. I got married at this place in January 31 2014! We had 130-140 people in our wedding! I was looking for a restaurant 3-4 months, when I saw De Luxe I loved it from the first time! Thank you my friend Anjela, to help choosed the restaurant!!! Albert is the greatest manager ever!! He was really helpful for the whole preparation for the wedding and special during the wedding!! We had Moldavian-Russian wedding.. in our wedding we had a lot of traditionals.. Albert and whole staff was helping with everything!!! Me and my husband want to say huge thanks for the help!!! Food was delicious!!!! I ttried to eat everything, but a small portions;) julienne is was my favorite!!!! Price was affordable! Everybody at the wedding keep telling us how beautiful the banquet hall and how delicious food!!!! We had a slide show, the first dance with fog and sound lights! It was so pretty! We signed our contract to reserve the De Luxe Banquet Hall for our Wedding on 2/27/16 in April 2015 with the previous Manager, Albert. Albert was amazing- very accommodating, friendly, and willing to bargain. We were in love with the banquet hall, so when the date we wanted was available, booking the hall for our wedding was a no brainer. About a month after signing our contract with Albert, we stopped by the banquet hall and met Haroot, the new manager. Haroot was as friendly and accommodating as Albert, so we knew we were in good hands. Fast forward to the middle of January 2016, about six weeks before our wedding. I went on the De Luxe Banquet Hall website to show a friend pictures only to find that the hall was currently under renovation and would not be done until the end of March 2016. Needless to say, this freaked me out- not only because the hall looked COMPLETELY different than what we had signed for, but because the scheduled completion date was one month AFTER our wedding date! I frantically called Haroot, who assured me that the inside of the hall would be completed by our wedding date, but did not know what the outside would look like. A week before our wedding, we walked by the hall and I burst into tears when I saw that the outside was completely covered in scaffolding. We met with Haroot, who eventually put us in contact with the owner. We met with the owner in person, who explained that the project had taken longer than anticipated due to permitting issues with the city. The owner acknowledged the issue, offered to refund us some money, and paid to have the scaffolding taken down and the unfinished outside of the building was covered with black plastic material for our wedding. Our biggest issue with the situation was that no one bothered to call us to let us know that the hall was going to be completely renovated and would look different/may not be completed for our wedding day. Despite the outside of the hall not being completed in time for our wedding, I do have to say that the inside was beautiful. We received many compliments on how beautiful the hall was. Haroot was great to work with. He listened to all of my concerns/worries and assured me that he would take care of everything on our wedding day. And he did! He even came up to my husband and I (and my parents) several times throughout the wedding to make sure that we were happy with everything. Food was tasty and good quality- everyone loved the spread of Mediterranean appetizers. Haroot and his staff also did a great job of executing our preference of having a plated dinner (vs family style, which is the way they normally serve dinner). We were able to hire bar tenders through De Luxe (very affordable) and brought in all of our own alcohol, which allowed us to save money by purchasing alcohol on sale. Overall, we loved our wedding at De Luxe Banquet Hall. We loved working with Haroot, and everyone had a great time. Our only concern was the fiasco that I just explained in the previous paragraphs (this is the only reason for the four star rating instead of five stars). read more

I recently had my wedding here and it was a dream come true. From the moment we stepped into the hall, we fell in love with it. The entire interior and exterior is remodeled and looks nothing like these pictures, as they are old. The new theme is more modern and clean. It's all on silver and white tones. They have lights ON the dance floor. We worked with Haroot the entire time and he was very helpful. He always went out of his way to give us tips and make sure our special day was perfect. Their food is amazing! They have sooo many different dishes and choices. The employees were also very nice, from what I heard from my guests. Wonderful venue......the place is amazing! The customer service is right on! They work with large amount of people, very attentive, and even went as far as to purchase a coffee maker just for our requested American coffee, then also provided Armenian coffee! We are so happy we had chosen De Luxe Banquet Hall for our daughter's 18th Birthday Celebration. We fell in love with the place the minute we walked inside, from the marble dance floor to the spectacular decor, very elegant, clean and safe. My sister had her wedding reception here last night (February 16). It was stunning and Albert is the sweetest owner ever! They've got super fun salsa nights and a great dance floor! It gets pretty crowded at times, and most of the dancers are great. I really enjoy this place, and my girlfriend who's been dancing her whole life loves the dance partners she finds here. The music is sometimes DJ'd, sometimes live, and always good. Mostly salsa with some timba, cha-cha, and bachata. Make sure you check to see if there is a cover or classes beforehand on any given night. read more
