At 11:15 they had not even started looking at my truck. I got my keys and left. Another customer said she had been there since 8:30 with an appointment for a rotation and a screw in her tire and she was still waiting. I will not go back. Service was awful. Desk staff are more focused on making a sale than taking care of the customer. Pulled into Latino Tires and they immediately started to work. Less than 20 minutes and less than $20. They will be my go to place!

But the prices were fair, they were honest, and they kept their promises. I have no complaints. Really the only negative for me was the opposite of what I said above, sometimes I want some recommendations and opinions. When I was ordering a relatively expensive item a few months back I wanted their input on the best choices and if what I had selected was a good choice or if they would recommend something else. However, getting anyone to offer an opinion or advice was not just tough, it just wasn't coming no matter how I asked or what I said. Again, if you know just want you to want they will treat you fairly and honestly, that's better than most places where you leave wondering if you were ripped off or lied to. These guys don't do business that way.

Was a huge mistake getting my oil changed at Walmart: 0…read more The mechanics are literally kids that graduated a month earlier 1. The total ordeal lasted 3.5 hours. 2. They drained my oil improperly - When I got home, my skid plate released at least 2 liters of oil all over my driveway. I went back to Walmart, and I waited another hour for them to properly clean my car (Having drained oil directly into my skid plate). I was unable to get a refund however they did give me a jug of concrete cleaner. 3. My oil filter was only hand tightened: The filter came loose in my driveway and dumped even more oil about two months later. Conclusion: Go pay someone competent like Roger's Auto for an oil change. Unless, of course, you want an overpriced oil filled driveway.

They charged me $7.00 per mile (which is the HIGHEST average charge for a regular tow short distances). they towed me 200 miles. They charged me 1,700 to go 200 miles. Don't forget on top of your taxes you're paying a 3.5% card fee too. Just as an added bonus the cost to tow a truck from California is about $1900 dollars (when you're using a towing company that doesn't try to ruin you).
