On the 27th of July 2026, I went off good faith to get my truck serviced here--an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Well, after leaving the shop I noticed that my truck was leaking a bit of oil, but thought it might have been oil that fell into a groove while being drained. Well, I decided to climb under my truck to see if they made an error... to answer my question, they reinstalled my oil plug with a 1/8" gap, causing it to not sit flush or properly. I brought my truck back to the shop a week later, August 3, 2026. Upon their inspection they confirmed that they installed my oil plug incorrectly; however they used the excuse that "it fell on the floor and got a piece of dirt stuck to it...causing it not to seal". The lady who stated she was the General Manager, Shelby, had a calm and collected composure, however, upon her return to the office she was all shook up and almost in tears. She asked if I could follow her in the shop and look at a "hairline crack in my oil pan". This crack is right above where they made the mistake with oil plug. A hairline crack in oil pan is often caused by over torquing an oil plug... she stated how the issue was not covered under warranty and that it would cost me $1,380.00. I knew based off her reaction that it occurred while they were working under my truck--but that is just my opinion. I asked who I could talk to above her and she stated how the person above her was a "silent owner" who she can't reveal the name of. The people in this shop do not know how to take accountability for their actions and don't deserve your business. I should have stuck with taking my truck to my dependable Chevrolet dealership.

So I picked up some matching tires and randomly picked this shop to balance & install. Hani fit me in the same day charges me short money to completely install, I appreciated that & they took the old tires to boot! Then Hani, who is a complete gentleman btw, took the time to look up my car fax and realized I had not changed the sparks plugs...EVER! I went on to explain that I bought the car almost brand-new in 2019, and I was the second owner of the vehicle. I explained further that my engine was vibrating and I feared it was my Exhaust-Manifold, which was welded by an arch-welder approx. 4 years ago ($700) I was dreading that expense again. Hani urged me to change the spark plugs which were 71,000 miles overdue for replacement, and stated it might stop the vibrating, and it DID! Hani went on to say, I could of ruined my engine-& thats all I had to hear. Hani scheduled me in right away the next morning to install the new spark plugs-which was completed in less than 1 hour. When I drove out of the shop my car felt like it was brand-new again and for that I'm so grateful (God is Good!) I couldn't be happier with the work, the care, and the time spent on my behalf by both Hani and his HILARIOUS Mechanic who also knew this car inside & out. My car is my livelihood and I cannot live w/out it, so I'm here to make sure I send my Blessings & Thanks to this shop whom has earned my trust, ...for now! I will definitely be going back to this shop when I need a mechanic! .......Hopefully not soon tho!

Roadside assistance was going to charge me too much to tow to my regular mechanic, so I had my Volvo towed here. They charged me almost $800 (which was more than they had told me over the phone, by the way), and when I picked the car up, it was doing the EXACT SAME THING it was doing when I had it towed to them (flashing check engine light and all). I went inside to tell the man that, and he told me that he had put something in the engine to treat it and I just needed to drive it for a while to fix the problem. If it did not, they would be happy to look at it again and charge me even more money. To recap: 1) I paid them almost $800 to diagnose and fix a flashing check engine light; 2) I picked the car up and the problem was not fixed; 3) they told me to drive the car, with a flashing check engine light (I'm no expert, but I can Google and know that it is a bad idea to drive a car with a flashing check engine light); 4) I had to pay a competent (and honest) mechanic to tell me my car had a stuck open valve; and 5) I paid these people a lot of money for nothing, only to need to pay a whole lot more money to fix the real problem. Next time I will know to pay roadside assistance the extra money to keep towing my car past this place.

Another gentleman behind the computer identified himself as the owner and said he was there for 30 years. I told him the only reason I was there is because I found him on yelp and your customers love you. He smiled, and said "hey, we try to do our best. You know it's a car business it's tough, but we try to do our best."! I think that's all we can expect is someone's best. The salesman was a very nice gentleman who let us look at the car without interrupting or acting condescending, etc. He recognized I had a small amount of mechanical aptitude and did not belittle me or put me down because I was trying to do a little due diligence on count of my 17 1/2 year-old son. We took the vehicle for a ride and came back. We said we had to take a drive and talk about it. He said, "why don't you take this car for another drive and talk about it"? which I thought was pretty great. We took another drive in the car and we came back and made a great deal! I didn't beat them up and they did not beat me up. It felt really good to do a good old-fashioned deal. The handshake , well it was great, I know that sounds corny and a little ridiculous but if you come here, I'm sure you'll experience the same thing. We haven't picked the car up yet. Just did the deal, but I'll certainly check back and let you all know.
