So, after the fact of delivery, I had an question with my kitchen sink and disposal hookup. I called the showroom to find out about it. Michael couldn't answer me right away, (my plumber was waiting to finish the job) but he said that within 30 minutes he would get back to me. He did, and definitely was not only able to solve the problem, but give me the vendor representative from that company to talk directly to my plumber on how to resolve the problem. The customer service here is A+. I'm a happy camper and I recommend them highly for all your kitchen and bathroom needs.

We had high hopes after visiting the design room, reviewing the plans and paying a significant amount of money. Unfortunately, what we hoped for is not what we ended up with. Parts were installed incorrectly, there was dirt and writing left of pieces, the wood glue used on every single piece was dirty. They came back to fix it which slightly improved things but overall, the experience with them was awful and the final product was not worth what we paid for. After shopping around, I found this Ace Hardware was actually a bit cheaper than the big-box home improvement stores. Ordering online was easy (and don't forget to go through your favorite cash-back website before checking out...). My order was ready for in-store pickup a few days later. Pickup couldn't have been easier. They even offered to help carry everything out to my car, but carrying ten 40-pound bags is lovely exercise... so I declined. The store is easy to get to, just off Route 59, with a convenient parking lot and quick access in and out. It's branded as Wallauer Paint & Hardware, but it's also an Ace Hardware location. In addition to the usual hardware selection, they carry a full line of Benjamin Moore paints. Smooth experience, competitive prices, and friendly service. I'll definitely check here the next time I need supplies.
