This morning I went in to find a hair product and I was checking my phone for reviews and when I looked up, all of the associates were eyeing me suspiciously as if I was going to shoplift which is just outrageous. I promptly gathered my purchases, paid for them and left the store. If they had given me some privacy and space I probably would've bought more items and this isn't a one off experience. This Home Depot location is my go-to store for most home improvement needs. And not to mention the return policy is very accommodating within reason. The staff are generally helpful and knowledgeable, though there are times when it can be hard to find someone for assistance, especially during busy hours. Genuinely the times I struggle the most with finding an associate is when I actually need help, such as unlocking some of the more expensive items or tools. I always joke with my boyfriend when I walk in knowing exactly what I'm buying I get flooded with assistance when I don't really need it. The store is well-organized, and I appreciate the option to check inventory online before heading in. Curbside pickup is a nice convenience, and they're usually quick with fulfilling pickup orders.
