    Finally a dealer that is honest! Rockland Motors is amazing. The team is very supportive, and was able to process my vehicle in a very quick and timely manner. I have only positive things to say about Frank and Diane!

    I just picked up my new car and i have to say the experience was amazing. I worked with Leon who was a complete gentleman and treated me like a customer should be treated. I finalized the sale with Frank who is a class act. I wouldnt hesitate to buy again from Rockland Motors and recommend them to my friends and family.

    UNABLE TO DELIVER, BUT THEY'LL DELIVER YOU SOME COVID STAY FAR AWAY from this shack. It started with the drivers seat being unable to move. I sat in their shack for an hour while they unlodged something stuck in the mechanism. The manager told me this was not "a delay," but rather "free service"... on the car they had failed to prepare during the 4 hours I drove there to see it. I made full payment that day. Then, after paying their $75 fee, it took me 35 phonecalls and more than a week to get my paperwork sent to me. They had promised it "overnight" and then later claimed they had said "overnight, within 30 days." 30 days to get the legal paperwork for my car before I can register and drive it?!. Not acceptable. Then they got hostile with me. After telling me that I'm "rude" and "uptight" they sent me incomplete and UNSIGNED paperwork with NO Odometer Statement or dealer signature. Then they instructed me to FORGE their signature under "Dealer Signature," which I refused to do. The manager called this "writing it in yourself." That's correct... he requested FORGERY to save him from paying to overnight documents a second time. Everyone I called told me to call somebody else. Nobody would take responsibility. I spent days trying to get them to fill out the damn form correctly. After I gave full payment on day one, they had the nerve to complain about how many times I called them. Do you think I wanted to spend my days calling them? In the end, I had to HELP their title person complete a state registration form, literally going line by line, as if they had never seen one before. I also paid $75 for the privilege of doing this for them.. Manager of this shack will talk over you and never stop talking. He has a rehearsed speech about his dealer fees that is totally irrelevant. He is verbally aggressive until you just give up. I told him ahead of time that I would include his statements in my review. It didn't change his approach. He decided to mess around and find out. ALSO NOBODY HERE WEARS A MASK except for one salesperson. Go see for yourself. They have signs requiring you to wear a mask, but they WILL NOT WEAR MASKS. The Trump calendars on the desks explain that position. I wore a mask, and I GOT SICK after my visit to this UNMASKED dealership. I will never again deal with this place. And now, neither will you.

    Arrived at this dealership to pick up a car I had been discussing with Adel Brea, one of their…read moresales associates, via phone and email. She answered all of my questions, called me back when she said she would, and even sent me everything we discussed in writing along with an attached offer. Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the service I received from the business manager Luis Olivier was awesome as well. He was very precise and made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. He made sure we understood all the financing for the vehicle by going through the contract page-by-page. He never rushed us, and only asked for signatures once we were comfortable enough to do so. Because of these three individuals, I will be referring as many people as possible to this dealership. Thank you for doing right by us!

Do not rely on google reviews. Have owned my 2019Toyota rav4 for 7 years with excellent maintenance, and currently under 65/70k miles. Every Toyota service center I've been to has been a consistent cost, with the exception of an extra charge when necessary. I nearly choked when I got a call saying my bill at this scam center was 300% more than I've ever paid. THREE HUNDRED % MORE. They are sneaky about it; they induce stress, doubt, and create scenarios that make you second guess if doing nothing impacts your safety. "Corroded" and "rusted" seemed to be trigger words they use over the phone to their customers. Adjectives used on my car that is serviced every 5k. Sure.. When I asked for further explanation of my statement (blonde service member), I was dismissed, she rushed off. She didn't come over to me to explain what was being done even though she knew I was staying, but rather chose to call me. A less confrontational way for her to manipulate and an easier way to get out of explaining this. Older male (ralph I think) also used these tactics ^. The 300% more service statement for both instances showed a measly time ACTUALLY spent hands on my car. I had called so many times asking to see how the services are coded and billed. There was also no labor rate noted anywhere on my statement. I cannot put more emphasis on the amount of deception occurring in this center, and the entire Lia auto group. Females be wary.
