Oh, and one of the owners was so rude and obnoxious that it was unbelievable. There's no excuse for lousy work and menacing behavior so the owner can come on here and BS me all she wants. Poor man started getting angrier and angrier as time went on. Doctors don't mention this but this is often a sign a Alzheimer's. Just a guess. Do you like to be screamed at when you purchase goods and services? We were over there about a month ago discussing various problems with the car with a mechanic when Ron Jr. interrupted us and told the mechanic not to " waste his time on us." Ron didn't speak in a whisper. What's with all this displaced anger? They charge top dollar and still you get a kick in the teeth when you leave. Makes us sad, and feel bad. We like Ron, or used to, but this is not the first time. Hope you can work out whatever is going, and look forward to a typical business, client relationship. We all have too much to deal with Ron, but yelling at repeat customers doesn't solve your problems, does it? All we want is take our car in, get it fixed, and have a civil interaction. Our big fear was that State Farm was gonna raise our rates over something that wasn't our fault. We made at least five phone calls, and many emails to make sure this would not happen because we don't trust any insurance company anymore. We used to have Geico and they told us they hate New York. Really all of New York and all of us in the state is a pretty big state . They say that every time because we just canceled our apartment insurance, Liberty Mutual is just a front for Geico. Liberty Mutual is not a company, they are underwritten by Geico. Of course they don't tell you this in the beginning but we've been paying them quite a bit of money since 2012 and whenever there's a problem the person that answers the phone and claims starts yelling . So rude to a loyal customer. We were on auto pay and we were sure, or better feared that State Farm would raise our car insurance when nothing about what happened to us was our fault at all. In fact, if it were not for my calm driving and not killing anyone else on the highway, things could've been much much much much worse we can't really tell you what happens because we don't want to involve our poor mechanic. He's a very hard-working, honest guy. He made a mistake. He's human. So our rates did not get raised. We have been extremely frustrated with State Farm because there's a certain person there that just keeps lying and lying and lying and now we have to call her for apartment insurance. Liberty Mutual, which is just a front for Geico sent us a huge package thinking we would not read it. They were going to raise our rates after all this time and we only made one claim one claim and they didn't raise it then but now I guess the CEO needs another Mansion, another expensive car, more luxury, maybe a swimming pool and an extremely expensive vacation. We're not paying that! I know Customer Service seems like it's an old-fashioned idea but things never used to be this way. When you call an assurance company and the immediately they start screaming it's not a good sign and try to find other insurance. This is so obvious we feel silly having to state this. This place did a wonderful job on our poor car. I thought they were doing extra things so they could charge us more, but they didn't charge us any more than our deductible. You'd be surprised how often that can happen. . These people were very nice and they worked extremely efficiently. We thank them for the wonderful job they did We just wanted to wait to make sure before we posted a review that our insurance did not go up.
