The staff even came around and asked if we needed any help. As you can see in my photo I posted my husband needed no help finding anything! Btw-we tried the new shop vac and it is unbelievable! It cleaned up everything so fast! It's way better than the other one we have. More sturdy, the pressure is better and it has several attachments. I told my husband - it's like a Kirby of shop vacs! I called customer service and spoke with Tammy ( delivery manager), and she was rude and had an attitude as if the issue were my fault! Ridiculous! I don't usually go to Lowe's because they're higher than Home Depot, and after this I definitely won't be going. Paying higher prices for incompetency and bad customer service? No thanks!!!!
