I found the perfect nail salon for my needs. I use my hands a lot since i am in a wheelchair and Kim has done magic with ny natural nails and i dont' have to use acrylic Instead i use the gel nails. My natural nails are looking great. She knows how to work with my hands with precision, details, time and love. Kim truly gives her best to all of us from customer service to individual attention. Do not go here! Worst experience ever! Left feeling berated and embarrassed at the way I was treated and especially in front of other customers I called ahead and explained due to timing I need my nails done & then pedicure so just in case we ran out of time I could do a pedicure, a different . Walked in at 1:45 for a 2 pm appointment As I began to explain to Danny, what I thought I wanted for my nails, he said they have a different process so I asked for them to explain the different options. I had questions due to other salons doing things different and upon asking, the questions was met with rudeness & abrasiveness from Kim . I came in here a few months with my husband and got pedicures, and she was nice the place was clean. Came back and bought gift certificates she was nice but today she was the opposite she was completely different I sat there from 1:45 to 2:30 and then at 2:30 got told they didn't have time to do my nails so wasted my afternoon and the babysitter for nothing. She did not provide customer service Lost herself $200 in business every two weeks because she wanted to talk over me. A little bit of patience goes a long way when a customer has questions, especially for the amount of money being spent. 10/10, absolutely incredible service from the ladies here. Seriously. As a diabetic, I am often a bit cautious and hesitant when it comes to pedicure services, especially at unfamiliar establishments - I've had some really unpleasant and uncomfortable experiences in the past. That was not the case coming here, however. I'm still blown away by the overall level of quality, kindness, and care that I received. Nothing was rushed or disregarded, and a genuine attention to detail was taken throughout. Notably, and very importantly - Everything was SO clean, tidy, and organized. From the decor and general atmosphere to the skill of service offered, it was of sincere excellence. An entirely lovely experience. (Not to mention the great pricing!) I have had pedicures by both Phoebe and Eddie (?) and both were incredibly relaxing and done with care. I highly recommend the Luxury Pedicure- well worth it! Leo has done my nails both times. Had the best experience for my first time here today! Been following on instagram. Read the amazing reviews and it seemed very clean and welcoming, so I made an appointment. I got in right away and had the best experience. Greeted by the owner who was as sweet as could be. Was taken back before my appointment time and greeted by Alina. She was the one to do my nails, but Khiem the owner was super sweet and kept checking in with me every once in a while. The shop was so peaceful and smelled amazing that was the first thing I noticed. I had one of the best manicures I have ever had and I didn't feel rushed, as I often have in other salons.
