You found the place! If wasting your time while watching the staff socialize is what you're looking for, this is definitely it Waited 20 minutes without a single update. I asked twice how much longer it would be, and somehow neither the front desk nor the owner could answer a simple question. Instead, they seemed far more invested in chatting with each other I waited another 10 minutes while they "tried to figure it out." They still couldn't. I honestly have no idea what was so difficult. Edit: I decided to fix my own nails by buying a nail kit on Amazon and saw that their nail polish is actually the cheapest polish on Amazon, which explains why my nails are chipped 2 days after I got them done. I don't even know how this place is even open, so unprofessional and just disappointing over all. I should have read the reviews before coming here because I wasn't the only customer who had a shitty experience with them. I contacted customer service via the link that they texted me and the owners never reached out to me to rectify the situation. They don't care about their customers or their reputation. Avoid this place at all cost. Original review: I've never left a nail salon as disappointed as I was today. I had the older gentleman do my nails (I think his name is Tommy? Not sure). Even though there weren't any customers waiting he was so rushed. It felt like he was trying to finish as soon as he can, so he was just very sloppy. He glued my nails to my skin multiple times and never once did he ask if I liked the color or the way he did the nails. His work is so sloppy and his demeanor is that he wants to finish you in a record time (even though there weren't any more people waiting for service). I get the same thing every time - milky pink or milky white and she always checks with me every step of the way to make sure I like it. Ask for Kim!! Quality of work was not good on French tips. Bulky new set. Pedicure was ok. I also felt people of color aren't welcome, because I sat opposite side of all the other customers. I will not be going back again. I did call and informed the gentleman who answers the phone, but he didn't seem very concerned. I found this place by accident and let me tell you this was a nice accident. I have been looking for a nail salon closer to my home that I like and I think I found it! I was impressed with the relaxing beautiful look, the cleanness environment, they even have a talking bot that brings you complimentary snacks and drinks. I've come here several times since September and unfortunately this is the first and hopefully the last time I have a not so great experience. Every other time has been great. I finally found a place that works with my difficult feet and they've never had an issue - nor have they ever made me feel like it was an issue since the first time I came in. I've had different nail techs every time I have come in and they've all been great. Today I had Holly on my nails and Nine on my toes. Holly was fine, she just made it seem a little bit like I was asking for too much when I didn't like the color of the glitter because it didn't look like what the sample nail looked like. Also, I was under the impression that I would get to choose a package I wanted so that I would be able to get a little hand massage but I guess those packages only count with regular manicures, not full sets. Which I feel like if I'm paying more for a full set, I should be able to choose a pamper package. I wasn't offered a menu upon ariving to choose a package, I had to ask for one. I just didn't get the welcoming vibe I normally get. My nails ended up coming out fine, I just had to be directive with her on what I wasn't liking. Nine, who worked on my feet seemed a little bothered by me telling her that I wanted my nails cut down more every time I told her what I wanted. It wasn't til the end when I asked for her name that she started acting a little nicer. Between her sighs and not so kind and welcoming attitude, I wasn't feeling so good about sitting here. It also felt like they were talking about me the whole time every time I asked for something. They made me feel like an inconvenience. If I'm going to pay so much for my nails, I'm going to be very direct about what I want and not settle. I had to give direction multiple times before feeling frustrated that I wasn't being listened to. I do tip well, if everything comes out the way I want it and the ladies are nice enough. So I don't feel bad asking to have things done the way I want them. I'll likely come back because this is the first time having a bad experience with them out of the many times I've come here, I just will not want Nine to be my nail tech. This was an unfortunate experience. I just wanted to pamper myself for my birthday and relax and unfortunately I didn't feel like I was able to relax and enjoy myself this time. read more

Such a disappointment, I had such great service the first two times I came here. Today I came in, felt super rushed. Apparently you need to tell them what service you went online and booked for. I don't understand what the point is of booking online for a specific service if when we check in, it doesn't even let them know what it is. I was not even asked what service I was needing when I sat down. A lady was helped then told to sit directly next to me waiting to see the girl doing my nails. I came here to have a relaxing Sunday but left feeling rushed and so dissatisfied and disappointed. Worst gel manicure. Got it on a Saturday and by Sunday one nail was chipped. Went in to have it repaired on Sunday. By Tuesday 6 nails had chipped (including the repaired one). Went in on Wednesday for a refund. Offered to "fix" but I didn't want another bad fix. They refused to refund me and said it was probably a problem with my nails! So disappointed and now I have to go elsewhere to have them fixed. I frequently get my nails done and have never had a problem with "my nails." read more

They use cheap nail polish from Amazon and it chips within 2 days. They're sloppy and rush you out the door before you notice that your nails are actually messy, they also don't do cuticle care. Would rate negative stars if I could. read more

This place is beautiful and big! Lots of chairs and very nice staff! The floors are beautiful but slippery but it could have been my shoes that made them extra slippery. I got the Ultra pedicure and they went very slow and took their time. They had tons of options of colors. They are very high tech as well which I appreciate! I also made an appt and they were ready for us right when we got there which is always appreciated! I find it a little pricey but I may just be cheap! They have 20% off all their services until Aug 31 so that helped! read more
