I rarely write reviews but this upset me. My 6 year daughter and I really like getting pedicures together. We don't do it often but when we do it's extra special and this would be our place. Unfortunately, the last few times I have gone I have not been happy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I always call a few days ahead to make our appointment. This last time I made an appointment for 10am on a Saturday. They called me the night before asking if I can come in at 8 or 11.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I chose the later appointment 11am. When my daughter and I showed up they were scrambling and after waiting for 10 min they said they can take me. Not knowing I made the appointment for two of us! They wanted to take me first before my daughter and I said no we are doing it together. They didn't have enough staff and if they were honest with me from the beginning I would have made my appointment someplace else. This is the second time they have done this to me. It's rude and unprofessional. So my daughter and I walked out and walked across the parking lot to the other nail salon where they got us in right away. Best gel full set I've gotten in a very long time. I tried the Prima Bella after a guest from the restaurant I work at had recommended it to me, and I've never gotten a better manicure. The ombré on my nails is immaculate, and the shape is everything!! Thank you Betty for doing a fabulous job and sending me to Hawaii with the perfect set!! The staff is amazing and very kind. Their work is also very beautiful. they pay very close attention to detail.

With the covid restrictions still in place, it baffles me that they still allow those who refuse to wear a mask to still be serviced! I'm so glad they are able to stay open but it's completely unsafe to see that they don't enforce the mask restrictions in this establishment and very sad to see that more efforts aren't being done to help combat the pandemic. If you're not wearing a mask then you shouldn't be able to get service! And there are plenty of other nail salons that they can go to. read more

I came in without an appointment and asked for a mani/pedi. She spent a great deal of time on my pedicure (exfoliating, massage, and painting). I didn't feel rushed and the paint job was nicely done. My gel mani was the same treatment. And I feel it was money well spent. I texted her to please fix my nail and she said she doesn't want to see me... Like really? What kind of customer service is that? I was not asking to fix it for free I was going to pay for it and she didn't even want to fix her messed up work... Looks like you don't even know what you're doing Tiffany. Extremely overpriced for a crappy job. Betty did my nails and they were thick, uneven, and looked terrible. Paid almost $90 with design for a crap job that completely ruined my nails. Never had such a horrible experience anywhere before. My real nails were cracking and breaking for months after. Had to treat them and take extra vitamins until they became strong again. Completely infected and destroyed my natural nails. I don't know if it's the glue they used or unclean tools. Don't go here!!!! read more

As soon as I walked inside there was one lady who got her nails and toes done without a mask on the entire time. I have been coming to Tiffany for the past four years. She has been at the Prima Bella salon for about two years and I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly, majority of them speak clear English and they had a big screen TV to keep yourself distracted for the hour that you're sitting there. Tiffany is always on time and I never have to wait passed my appointment time. I usually get the pink and glitter white with the gel on top. The gel gives it an extra shine and thickens the nails. I type all day at work and have never had one break or chip. Tiffany does such a great job that I can go three to four weeks without needing a fill. However, if I went in every two weeks for just a pink fill, I could save myself some money. In any case, Tiffany is worth it and so are you! read more
