The most crazy thing is, we had to be out of our RV spot within a few hours. This all happened at about 5am, we text Mike at 5:30 am, thinking he would see the text when he opened for business. Well, he text us back at 5.45am and he was so reassuring and was out to help us before 8am. We went ahead and cut off the rest of the awning before he got to us. Once he was here, he quickly assessed our problem and secured the frame (thank goodness the frame was not bent)

I purchased a part today and upon getting home I found it to be the wrong one. I took it back to get it replaced and was then told that there were no returns on electrical parts. This part was NEVER used. Adamantly, no exceptions, as that was their policy. Nowhere could I find that posted. To me this was very unethical. Oh well, I was arranging for them to do about $3000 worth of repair on my RV. Not now. Will get someone who is more ethical

Had a plumbing problem with our RV at Gulf Waters RV Resort, Port Aransas on a Saturday afternoon…read more BAM technician already had some calls backed up but guided me through what I should try to fix the problem, which I appreciated. It was more complicated, so I had BAM come out. They diagnosed the problem pretty quickly after being able to look at the plumbing system. They were able to repair it with new parts that they went and picked up and made sure we were satisfied with. Professional, proficient, and treated us like we were friends they were trying to help. The owner is a U.S.M.C. veteran, and he offers a veteran's discount. Great service! Mobile RV service and repair is kind of expensive, but having used other services and having compared their prices, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was considerably less than what I would have paid with other services. I have BAM's phone number in my contacts and will call them every time I need mobile RV repairs or service.
