We love the pizza here! They always make sure everything is right! Tonight they messed up one of our pizzas & had to redo it. Bc my son had to wait on his pizza they didn't charge us for his soda & they gave us free beignets!!! They were so good! I'm sure we will be ordering them again!! read more

I have not ate at the Rockndough in over a year so while in Jackson on 7/8/19 I made it a point to go there only to find great changes!!! I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant and also of the bathrooms! When I ate there before the floors shined a like a new dollar bill and the bathrooms were spotless. Also, the food was not as good as it once was. Curious as I am, I asked one of the servers if there had been a change in management, she said yes! So disappointing! read more

This place is awesome! One of the better pizza choices in Jackson. Located just outside downtown. They have their own brewery and offer beer and homemade root beer. Nice area being a new renovated area. Pizza is only slightly higher than the well-known franchise places. They offer a outside patio which faces the other little shops and the Lift , which is Jackson's newest and nicest gym facility. Food is good. We'll be back.... read more

Excellent pizza stopped off from highway 40 and had the USA Pizza pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms. Crust was thin and delicious. This place has an awesome atmosphere. The in house brewery was amazing. The food was out of this world. Dining on the patio, drinking great beer, and enjoying good food is common place here. I wanted to like this place because it was recommended to us from family friends. We felt like our server barely wanted anything to do with us. The rest of the staff were too busy looking down that we couldn't make eye contact to ask for help. Hope they get a stern talkin' to..it was a really frustrating experience all together. We are tired travelers and after searching online we found Rock'n Dough Pizza. It is a very pleasant night and we're happy we were able to sit on their patio. The pizza was UNBELIEVABLE! Second time here. First time was great. It was a Sunday immediately after church and they were super busy. Got sat fairly quickly for as busy as they were. Had good service and food came out in a reasonable time and was very tasty. Went again today and again they were busy. We were told it would take about 15-20 minutes to be seated. We waited. Almost thirty minutes go by and the hostess comes to seat us and THEN informs us that it will take at LEAST another 45 minutes to get food. We left disgusted and hungry. Not a good experience and has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Gave up over a hour of our day between the drive to downtown Jackson and the wait for nothing. read more

This place is way beyond the great pizza. Their Caprese Salad is the best I've had at any price point and their fresh-baked is amazing. The biggest star may be the beignets rolled in powdered sugar or cinnamon. I live in Nashville and am tempted to drive a couple of hours just to get some! read more

Wanted to stop and eat a relaxing meal after out trip to the Tennessee Safari Park. The great reviews of this place were spot on. Friendly service, food was served as soon as it was ready, super fresh taste. We had the ZZTots-a bit spicy with sriracha sauce, Veggie pizza, and the Scorched Earth sandwich ( all veggie). We even made room for dessert and tried the pizza beignets. Pizza was really good. Make sure your not in a rush because it does take around 30-35 minutes. Parking is limited as well.

Pretty good pizza, prices a little higher than expected. Ordering custom pizza was really pricy because toppings are nearly $1 each.

Rock'n Dough is my Jackson favorite!! The pizza, burgers and grinders are amazing. The fries are hand cut and cooked to perfection.

The beer was great. The new home brewer's "Math is Hard" was really good! Even though there was a line, we only waited about 5 min on a Sat night. Pizza was OK - will try another one when we return. The beignets were amazing. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We'll be back. read more

If they are busy and you put your name on the list don't go sit outside to make room for more people to come in and get their names on the list also. They are likely to pass you up.. Then when you make them aware that they passed you up, they are likely to still seat more people in front of you. That's when I decided enough was enough.
