I take care of my cars. I want them to last a long time, and that means paying attention to dash warning lights, getting oil changes, etc. So I'm driving down Flamingo and I see this place and think, "ok, let's get the smog done." I pull in, they ask me to leave it and go inside. Five minutes later, the attendant comes in to tell me that my check engine light was on so I failed the smog. I look at him, the manager and say, "It wasn't on when I left it with you." The attendant stammers, mumbles something and races outside. The manager enters in information into the system and hands me a free car wash coupon. Hmm. The place I used to take my car for repairs isn't far away, so I head down there and ask them to take a look at the diagnostics. (That will be another review, trust me.) The counterman asks for my info and I give it to him and as he is looking it up, he mentions that he sees my failed smog test. Really?? Ooookay. So five minutes later, he comes back to tell me my transmission is probably shot and I am looking at $4000. I politely thank him and leave. The next day, I go to a mechanic that a friend of mine has recommended. He plugs in the diagnostic and then looks at me asking "Have you been having any issues with how the car is shifting?" My answer is no, I haven't. So he resets the check engine light and advises me to come back if any problems arise. That was six months ago, I passed the smog test a few days later at a honest place and the car? Running like a champ. They, as in, the people I assume were in charge within the gas station, were so focused on their DMV business, that I literally stood by the register for a full minute and got zero acknowledgement. Worst experience ever. Gas pump Handle was not working properly. Went there for the carwash with the yelp coupon and was told the car wash is down. Wouldn't have come at all if not for the carwash! Saw the on the way into the DMV! I had gone to Jeffy Smog on buffalo not only did I waste two trip to their locations I couldn't smog check renew my address and register my vehicle. They could only do the smog and sent me over to the DMV. My experience here at 76 gestation was a great one. Location is very clean!, staff very helpful and well spoken, and the process was very quick. You never have to go to the DMV ever again. I recommend coming here! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would me and my friend were looking for a certain drink they didn't have it here we went next door where are friend was at port of subs the 2 workers come and tell us we need what you took back. We were like what? They said yeah you stole you guys have to come with us. Me and friend said no we did not why don't you go check the camera and look we took nothing they said come with us while we check it, we said no they kept telling us to empty my bag and when I did there was clearly nothing in there. For them to falsely accuse us is messed up. It was some dude with dreads and a bigger white guy. Came here to get a smog inspection and had a tiny crack in the windshield. Richard Banda with Clear Quality Auto Glass noticed the crack and helped me seal it up within minutes. Very professional customer service and at a good price. Definitely recommend this place for glass repairs. read more

$8.99 Car wash with no spot free water only rinse? heres my review: I went into Flamingo 76 to redeem my free Car wash but after being told they are no longer Flamingo as the new name is Rocks. I said why even have the free yelp checkin. The guy said well we have a new owner. You can buy a car wash. I said ok thats fine let me buy the $8.99 with 5 brushes. I have no idea why they have it priced like this as the $4.99 only has 2 brushes, $5.99 3 brushes and the $6.99 has 4 brushes. Its like the owner runs the prices based on how many brushes. Anyway back to the Review. I pulled up to the wash bay and entered my code. I pulled onto the track in which caused my tires to go over the rail and having me to back up. This is because of how small the track is for Truck tires. After 4 minutes of backing stright out and pulling back in, i finally put my Truck in Netural and the car wash begins with soap with my truck not moving for another 4 minutes then finally. After My bed of my truck being under the Mitter curtain. My truck just stopped rolling. 2 minutes later my truck moves again. then comes the rinse and dryer. Yes no Spot Free Water. The dryers didn't do anything other then move water around on my windshield. Finally out of the wash, waited for the Sign in front of me to turn to Green, Waited a minute and still said wait i decided to leave as my truck is already been pushed out of the bay. Driving down Durango to go home my truck has water spots all over. Will NOT RETURN for another Car wash, will stick to Quicky Express Wash on Blue Diamond. Not only was he extremely professional, he was very kind and empathetic to my situation. He was able to promptly register my car and helped out with some of the service fees. No full day at the DMV. I was on my way to the DMV when I saw this gas station on the corner right before the DMV that does registrations. So, I stop I go in and I sit down. The gentleman asked me did you have a smog, and I said I don't need one. He said are you sure what year is your car? I said 2016. He asked the manager, and the manager said, if a price comes up that means you need a smog. Meaning when you log into the DMV site and it tells you your price that means you need a smog. LMAO!!. So I started asking questions. He still insisted I need a smog and the price that pulled up was 580 some dollars. I knew that wasn't my cost and I told him I didn't need a smog. I even pulled up my registration notice on my phone that said not required under smog. He tried to tell me that meant last year. LOL I ended up going to the DMV to use the kiosk. No smog was required (but I already knew this anyway) and it cost me $50 less than what they were saying I owed! Beware of these side places. There's a reason why they're doing them they're not doing them for free. Taking advantage of people who think they have to wait in line at the DMV is disgraceful. You may have to wait at the kiosk a few minutes but nothing compared to waiting in line to talk to somebody. I was in and out in 10 minutes. He kept saying I'm pulling the street from the DMV. But I bet they have a logon as an agent through the DMV the adds in their cost. Actually, they do add them in. He told me oh, they increased the price this year, the renewal is $20 this year. But when I looked at my registration card it's only $10. That's where they get their money. They have a login to the DMV site with their agent number that adds in their fees to the renewal. I saw the $20 with my own eyes however it really was only $10. Don't get me wrong, I agree that people have to be paid for their services but they should be transparent with it. When I told him it was a sales ploy to tell people they need a smog even if they don't, he insisted it was not and that there was no fee for their service. read more

Twice I tried to use my 76 credit card here and was declined. When I called the number on back of card they said nothing was wrong with card and they didn't see any decline on card. They said information was not sent to them and maybe they weren't using proper equipment. read more

Total rip off...I went in to put gas in my gas when outside it showed 4.13/gl. After I paid inside I went to fuel my car and I saw that the price now is 4.23/gl. 4.23??? Total rip off. I went back inside to ask what is going on and the cashier told me it because I paid with debit card. I understand there might be fees once in a while for paying with a card but it wasn't stated no where visible and .10 cent for each galon is too much. read more

This was by far was the worst car wash ever. I went today 6/28 around 9pm . & had such a difficult time getting into the car wash .. To the point my car literally got stuck . & when i tried to back up ... I had to reverse & force it out .. After a very difficult time , I got out the car & I noticed my car had a dent on the side of it . I was devastated , being that I have a new car . I go inside to find a manager & their was just a cashier there . A older , heavy woman .. Who was beyond rude . She was talking to my boyfriend & I like we were dumb & basically letting us know that it wasn't there fault . She was so rude to me , wasn't trying to calm me down cause I had been crying like crazy cause I saw the dent . & she was so careless . I will be coming back to talk to her manager . It was the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life . Literally . Didn't realize they didn't care about there customers & weren't caring that they had damaged my car because of hard it was to even get in the car wash . Very rude & I will be making sure something like this won't happen to someone else ... Hope this car wash fixes the problem & hires better employees . DO NOT go here ! read more

My car registration was late. DMV was a nightmare on Flamingo with the wait. I asked for a smog coupon with the guys with a sign at the entrance. The 76 Station was 2 blocks west of DMV. The employees were very friendly and eager to help. With the coupon my smog was $21.00. Came back inside to register my vehicle. Of course I did not pay a parking ticket from October 2015. The employee showed me the City's telephone number and the citation number. Paid that over the phone, the parking ticket was released and I was ready for my registration. I paid my registration - could not complaint about the price and I was completely done 30 minutes later. Price was right - the amount of time I had to spend was awesome - I would certainly recommend these guys and will use them in the future! read more
