Only car wash that completely cleans the back of my car and I love the vacuum system!

The was it self was good so this is not based on that at all. But the smell it smells like rotten eggs so bad that I about gaged. The smell is so so strong. I go to this one and the one on buffalo and I think I will just go to that one until you get the smell fixed read more

Great place, line moves along pretty fast even when they are very busy, the air blowers are so good it makes the wipe down easy, the vacuums are great, the place is clean, my only issue is that I wish they offered an unlimited wash for two cars for one monthly fee, every household has at least his and hers, they should create a membership where there is two license plates on file, call it "his and hers unlimited washes plan" read more

I have a membership (clean ) wish there was a way to add tire shine or wax when you like . Don't always want a wax or tire shine

Full disclosure, I rarely wash my car. Yikes, I know. But every so often I'll spill something inside or notice how dusty the exterior is, and head here, mostly because it's close to home. You can make a fun time of this chore by stopping for a coffee next door at Dutch before getting started. Yes, I do bribe myself. Wash varieties are... interesting. I go for the basic $7 wash, as spending $15 and $17 for a drive-thru is overpriced to me. I honestly don't notice a difference when I have used the higher priced choices and low key think it's a scam. They used to give out free microfiber cloths but now those are a $3 charge(!!!). On my most recent visit, they were handing out dashboard wipes and air fresheners (though the menu says they now charge $1). Thankfully, the vacuums are free and that's a major reason I come here - they are strong, always work, the spaces are large enough so I'm not hitting the car next to me, and the hoses are long enough to reach around. They have monthly packages available for $20 for those of you who are obsessive about washing your car, AKA not me. read more

I entered the Wow Carwash with perfect windshield, no chips or scratches, and left the carwash with a 18 inch crack across the entire front glass. I spoke to a manager who said this is a frequent occurrence as their machines "often malfunction". He helped me submit a claim just for it to be denied because they have a disclaimer which states that "the Wow Carwash is not responsible for any windshield damages as even a small chip can expand in the cold water". BUT I DID NOT HAVE A CHIP OR ANY DAMAGE WHEN I ENTERED THE CARWASH. I was told the most they could do was refund the $8 I paid for the wash. If you want to have to pay hundreds of dollars for repairs, this is the place to get your car washed. read more

I spent $22 on a car wash and I still have to take my car to another place to get cleaned because my windshield is still completely dirty, there was zero cleaning supplies to clean the inside of your vehicle provided by the car wash and additionally, the vending machine is broken. I have ZERO complaints for WOW Carwash! Just moved to Las Vegas 3 years ago from Seattle and feel SO FORTUNATE my son recommended WOW to me! The fact you have a GREETER assisting with your card payment blows my mind. And then the actual wash cycle through the tunnel is SO effective and thorough. The biggest surprise I experienced was not having to pay anything extra (with coins I don't carry anymore) at the vacume centers! The suction is powerful, (which sounds dirty but it's not...) and they're QUIET! Just the best treatment, experience and value EVER! read more

I bought a full unlimited barcode did not work went once not got my money back. Never got my washes really hard to get improved that I paid for it. The guy that punched in the info wasn't even knowledgeable about anything obviously so I lost my money over a car wash. They couldn't refund me. They couldn't do nothing or give me the washes for the month. Really bad bad customer service services would not recommend that place read more

This is my go-to car wash, but mainly because it's next to Dutch Bros haha. There's always an employee outside to help you with your payment. Not sure if I'm just THAT short, but I can never reach the touch screen to select my carwash. I always end up opening the door. On my last visit, I kept an eye on a spot of bird poop on my windshield, haha. Unfortunately, the wash didn't take it off. They do offer a 4 day rain check, and care about your satisfaction. I just didn't care enough or have the time to address the issue. BTW- their air fresheners come in one scent. It's either "clean" or "new car", I can't tell. Still, I love it. Nothing beats a fresh wash and the smell of their signature air freshener. The best part of this carwash are their free vacuums. This location seems fairly new, and their vacuums are THE SHIZ. Great suction for a great clean. Bonus points because I see employees emptying the trash cans regularly too. They're never overflowing. read more

I was having technical issues with my membership sticker, even though I had already acquired a membership for one year. There was an issue with the expected expiration of my membership. I was advised to head to the front office to speak with the manager. Cris and Yami helped me out a lot. They allowed me to continue through the wash so that I could move on with my day, and provided me with the customer relations number so I could call later and get everything handled. 10/10 will continue to use WOW car wash. read more

I guess the joke is on me. I just assumed all car washes had a rain guarantee. I've always saved my receipts because if it should rain I used to be able to wash it the following day for free. This is a pretty nice carwash, but lately the fumes that it is giving off during the carwash makes me sick. It smells like sewer. They really need to look into this issue. I don't see how this can be healthy to breathe in. I'm only breathing it in for a minute but the poor employees endure this for their full shift! My left tire got punctured going through their car wash. I filed a claim with them, hoping they would reimburse me for a tire replacement. I figured it would be an easy resolution, and they would reimburse me for the 43.34 I paid for a new tire since I have tire insurance. Unfortunately, WOW's claim department denied my claim because my vehicle is over seven years old. I decided not to return to WOW, opting to utilize a one hundred percent hand washing service going forward. However, after seeing how they don't stand by their service, I will never return, and I recommend people take their precious vehicles elsewhere. read more

I have to say my Radiation Brain was in high gear when I decided to swing through. I hadn't wAshed my car in six months, poor thing, and decided on the spur of the moment to swing through. I misunderstood a hand signal, "roll your window down I have a question" looks a lot like "hit the gas and do it now" to me, I guess. The poor girl got me to stop and went over the option of no brush on top, better for the convertible top, and when I said no leave it on she made absolutely sure I understood. The wash was quick and REALLY got my car clean. I didn't use the vacuum cleaners, I was afraid getting rid of too much filth at once would make car disintegrate. Heh. I will next time. i just left the wow car wash on craig / rancho and i am very dissatisfied with the quality of my car wash. i purchased the basic wash for $7 and after exiting the wash to use their complimentary vacuums, i noticed that the hood and roof of my car was not cleaned at all. it looked exactly the same as before i went into the wash, which is weird considering they use soap and water. in the photo attached, you can clearly see the the dirty car still in the parking lot of the car wash. $7 isn't enough money for me to complain to an employee who doesn't make enough money to listen to me, but be warned if you have a similar car shape to mine your car might come out of this car wash looking the same as when it went in. this is the second time this has happened. the first time i figured that someone with an extra dirty car went through before me, and i decided to give them a second chance. i will not be returning to this car wash or any wow branded car wash in the future. read more

I was really excited to come to this new car wash. My car was pretty spotty from the recent rain, and I figured the top-tier wash would be enough to get my car ready for the summer. However, this wasn't the case. When leaving, I noticed my car still had rain spots on the windshield, so I went back and brought this to the attention of the employee working at the entry point. He seemed unfazed and told me I could just go through again. I went through again. Despite having two washes, my car still has rain spots near the windows and bugs on the front bumper. My car was filthy. Waiting in line to all the shiny cars lined up in front and in back of me made my car look like the black sheep of the family, the redheaded step child, or Pig Pen from Peanuts. Any way I got the WOW wash because you know, my car was filthy. Being directed by the former tarmac actor from TopGun, I entered the tunnel of clean. Very easy, and the system did an excellent job. I try to wash my car every 2-3 months to do my small part for the water shortage, drought, or whatever your term may be. PLUS, they do a great job with reclaiming the water they use with their state of the art system. So for an outside wash, I highly recommend WOW. read more

I went in yesterday to get a wow wash and dude handed me a short receipt. I asked is this the barcode for the raincheck and he says, that its no longer offered. Kind of a bummer to hear that even Wow is effectively raising prices on their car wash. Makes it less than wow. More of a Meh Carwash. read more

Fourth time at this location with no problems. On our last visit as we pulled into the car wash and put our car in neutral. We noticed a women waving down an attendant and telling him something. When we looked back her car was still sudsy. He quickly flipped a switch and our car wash went smoothly. She of course had to run her car through the car wash again. COVID precautions taken. An attendant used to help you with your transaction but not anymore. Vacuums are still available for use. Overall a great place to get a quick and affordable car wash. read more
