First time here with a jeep Cherokee Laredo. I paid $22 for the top of the line wash and I can't say that I was impressed. The wash did not get all the spots off the windshield and the there was still some dirt their brushes missed on the tailgate and the back bumper. I've been to washes in town that are cheaper and they have someone checking the car when it comes out to make sure it's dry and clean. I almost bought a monthly membership but after seeing the job it did, I'm glad I did not. There should not be any dirt which was just road dirt left on the car. Obviously their brushes are not that great so, I won't be going back. Thank you for the experience as I've never tried a WOW before and I'll never try one again. Just my opinion. When the car comes out all you should have to maybe do is dry it, not clean dirt off of it. read more

Ok, so my husband has been going to WOW for awhile, and loves them. I had never gone. My son went off roading and needed to wash his truck, so I told him to download WOW's app and he'd get a free wash. He asked if I wanted to come along, so I did. It's very convenient. The guy at the entrance was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. We washed the truck, they gave us towels and dashboard wipes, very cool. We pulled into the vacuum station. They are shaded nicely and so much room! Vacuums work well. It was a great experience! I think we will become members. Totally worth it! read more

WOW!!!! Now I know why they named this place WOW! What an excellent experience. We purchased the $22 car wash and were very pleased with the value and quality of the wash. Our vehicle came out sparkling clean. They even give you a microfiber rag, air freshener, and dash wipe. Along with all that, you also have access to vacuum your vehicle too. They have plenty of stalls for that. Our only regret was not buying the membership for the same price. We will definitely be back weekly after we buy the membership. Don't believe the nay sayers. Wow beats Terrible's by a long shot for the same price. The trip down wash lane is longer and the products they use leave an outstanding shine, and that's for the cheapest wash! You also get a wipe to clean the inside. Free do-it-yourself vacuums. read more

We picked up a couple of gift cards when Costco featured them and have been here three times now. For a quick wash that doesn't appear to leave micro-marks on our car, it's great! I will say it's not quite powerful enough to spray mud from the wheel wells (even after two runs through). The plentiful free self-vacuum/drying stations are shaded & well-monitored. Went for a long overdue carwash today, after wiping down and vacuuming it was already over 100 degrees outside so decided car was clean enough. I tried to start the car only to discover the battery was dead! The dog and I were both exhausted so i asked the service guys gor help, three of them came out and helped get us back on the road. I frequently come to this WOW and other than a few times the vacuums were plugged up, I have had a good experience otherwise.Today, I was here and a woman cleaning her car had the music playing extremely loud it was annoying. There were 2 attendants at the pay stations adjacent to her car and another attendant walked by the car and nobody asked this woman to turn down the music. Others shouldn't feel like we are attending a concert while cleaning our cars. I have seen signs posted at the carports of other car washes (not WOW) that say no loud music. Your establishment needs to enforce this rule too. This facility appears to be well maintained. Unnecessary loud music should also be on your list to maintain your facility. read more

registered my household's 3 cars to this location. Recently, I asked for "no brushes" for my car which has vinyle wrapped and all of 3 times I asked, brushes still operated causing vinyle wrap on my car's side ripped. I reported the incident to the store manager and he open a claim for me. I received a notification via email from Wow headquarter indicating that I will receive a call from them shortly. I waited several days without any call from them. So, I called and it transferred my call to a voice mail. I left message twice on their voice mail but never receive a call back. This clearly shows that Wow neglected to respond a customer' s claim. Very disappointed. read more

Not that greatest when it comes to getting all debri off my truck. The line sometimes is so packed that wait is like Disneyland. Monthly prices are fairly expensive but what isn't these days. They have vacuums on site that help clean out the interior of your vehicle. The air fresheners are great right when you open them but next day the smell is gone. The pricing however on the other hand is not clear and reads as a $29.99 monthly membership fee. This is an introductory price which was not stated to me, for the first month and then $39.99 for every subsequent month after. If you fell victim to the same fate, either due to representatives or the website go to cancel via text. Text WOWCANCEL to 22322 and this will send you to a direct link to cancel. Upon which you will be met with a 12 month rebuttal price for 12 months of $29.99. Then set a reminder 3 days+ prior meeting their "business day requirements" a year from that date. Why would you even need that in this day and age? They are not refunding your money, simply canceling your account. That shouldn't even be a requirement?! Simply set a reminder so you don't fall victim to the same tactic and then renew or don't again based on price or value it poses to you, the customer. read more

I went to a Wow Carwash. As soon as my car was put on the track the tire pressure dropped and then the tire was flat by the end of the wash.l The track ripped off my tire pressure stem. I love Wow car wash and have the unlimited membership but I avoid this location and go 10 minutes further to the one on Rancho because this location's dryers are awful. They barely dry the car. Luckily a microfiber towel is given complimentary but I have to hand dry from top to bottom and hurry to do my windshield and windows since they have a ton of water spots when I get out of the wash. The towel is soaked by the time I'm done drying. At other locations I typically just have to hand dry towards the bottom of my car and the trunk area. I have an is350 which is a relatively small car so I can only imagine taking a truck or van through this wash. read more

I like the fact that is quick when you know the right time to go. What I don't like is that it doesn't do a good job of getting bug splatter off the window and especially the front end. Pretreatment doesn't work because not enough water or brush contact is applied. I usually have to go through twice or use a straight edge blade for the windows. I took my vehicle here after a road trip and paid for a $15 car wash. Unfortunately we had to be somewhere immediately after the wash and as I was drying it I saw that all the bugs were still left on the front grill and hood of my vehicle, I'm not sure if that's extra for them to clean that off or put something on there so it can be removed during the drive-through wash. It was nice that they had plenty of vacuums in drying area after the wash, but I probably won't return. read more
