I've been coming here for a while, but unfortunately the experience has continued to get worse over time. Today was the final straw. I came in for a Classic Pedicure and ended up paying $80 for results I was very disappointed with. The acrylic on my toe was applied too wide and looked unnatural. Every time I come in, I request a thick French tip, and they never seem to get it right. There have been visits where I've had them redo it multiple times, and even then I usually end up settling because they still can't achieve the look I requested. Today, I simply didn't have the energy to sit there and ask for repeated corrections. The foundation of the acrylic wasn't done properly, and I left unhappy with the final result. (these are my birthday nails) What's even more frustrating is that while the prices continue to rise, the quality of service continues to decline. One of the main reasons I get a Classic Pedicure is for the foot massage, but lately the massages feel rushed and barely last long enough to be enjoyable. I could go on, but I'll leave it at this: after giving this salon multiple chances, they've lost a loyal customer. read more

Lee and Tiffany are like family! I have a very busy schedule. They do what they can to fit me in. They always do a great job on my nails.

While I believe the owner and the other lady (wife?) are good at what they do, they have staff that just haven't been trained. If they can train the other girls to do a good gel pedicure and other services, I think ratings would go up. As it is, one girl started my gel pedicure while the owner had to finish (leaving his manicure to do this). This is not a good way forward. Close for a weekend and train your staff- this would only benefit your business. The gel manicure I received was not great, not horrible. read more

Unfortunately, I was already in the chair when I decided to check on this place. Not going to lie, the leg massage felt great and the woman working was friendly. However, that does not make up for the most awful pedicure/paint job I have ever seen. (Not to mention the fact that I had maybe 20 colors to choose from....what? That should've been my sign to leave.) I upgraded and got the "deluxe" pedi; the entire thing took a half hour! I have never had a pedi take less than an hour... I have a layer of leftover oil on my legs. The tops of my big toe nails are jagged. The entire thing is so bad that I'm going to have to remove the polish when I get home and file/repaint them myself. Never again. read more

One of the worst nail experiences I have had in Huntsville. Dirty (cockroach on the floor), and overpriced. Very little scrubbing of your heels/feet and everything was just old and run down. The polish is completely disorganized - no new colors - and mine had to be "watered down" with nail polish remover" to get it to go on. $30 for a spa pedicure "deluxe" which was basically the equivalent of a speed pedicure with a hot towel thrown for for 30 seconds for good measure. They were mostly empty but they need to up their game - no attention to detail here. read more

Worst pedicure ever. The most unprofessional folks ever. Took my mom for a pedi here. Save your money.

My full set was rushed completely. When I asked if I can get a nail redone, she act like she didn't see anything wrong with it; I had to point it out to her multiple times! The workers kept calling my son "BOY" when I told them his name multiple times, one of them even told him to "go over there in that chair and sit down" in the most impolite way. She put my nail tip on cricket. My polish was starting to bubble and she ignored it. Not to mention when she "fixed" it you could noticeably tell that was a hair line crack and she thought I wouldn't notice until I said something. Also she didn't even bother to clean my nails up afterwards, there was nail glue and polish all over my hands. read more

Unfortunately, I have to at least rate with one star. This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. First, they put me with a man who couldn't speak English. He had never done nails before. The entire business was completely FILTHY. I did not even want to lay my hands on the table because of the filth. I ended up getting a fungus under 3 nails. It grew into my nail bed and it was severely painful. This was about 3 months ago and I'm still trying to get it out. I've even been on antibiotics. It is slowly leaving, but still very painful. I do not know why they allow this business to run. Absolutely the WORST place. Do NOT go here! read more

The worst nail place I have ever been to. It was a total waste of money. The polish is very cheap. I had a french manicure and pedicure for $45. The paint job was terrible. The clear polish when dried looked like someone had put a paper towel on top of my nails instead of a nice smooth shiny look and feel. The white started chipping off within the first couple hours without me doing anything with my hands that would have chipped it. 24 hours later, every finger has the polish chipped.... even one whole section of white on one finger. Such a huge waste of my money. Don't waste yours! read more
