Rockstar Salon, owned and run by Rachel, is phenomenal. You cannot beat the quality you get with cuts and colors, especially for the price. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming when I go in, and they will remember you the next time you come in, too. There is a Starbucks right there too if you need some extra self care before going in. I cannot recommend this salon enough to all my family and friends. I was referred here by a family member and am very particular with my hair, so I was nervous. I gave it a shot and have not gone anywhere else for years! I was having a car serviced right down on Irving Park Road and they said it would take a couple of hours. I decided to call a nearby salon (Rockstar) and see if I could walk down and come in for a haircut. I called and the gal that answered the phone was super friendly and said I could come on down right then! Score! It was beautiful weather and just a couple of blocks away! Amber was available to cut my hair and we set right to work. She was very good at shampooing and so pleasant and easy to talk to! She did a great job getting rid of my very dry ends and blending and shaping my hair. After blow drying she said she would shape it a bit more. I took my teenage daughter on July 11th to get her hair dyed purple, and simple ends trim. I was with her during the initial conversation about the color she wanted, she carried a picture on her phone which we showed the colorist. I was told to leave as a Covid-19 rule. When I came to pick her up I was disappointed by how dull the color looked and that it was not what my daughter wanted. I spoke to the colorist who explained that my daughter had a "chemical" reaction during the lightening process. I did not think much of it, the hair did not seem damaged or broken. She went on to tell me that it was because I probably have too much cooper in my water (BS hairstylist talk) and that's what caused it. While driving home my daughter told me that her that what happened was that her head felt hot and she immediately told the colorist and that's when she washed the lightening/bleach off. I became scared that maybe her hair (who have never been processed before) would fell out within the next few days. Happily nothing happened as her hair apparently is very resilient. 2 Weeks after the process whatever little color was there was completely gone, and so was the $200 I spent to get her hair done, down the drain. Every time my daughter took a shower, washed her hair the color dyed my tub and shower mat. I called on 8/5 and spoke to Rachel who made an appointment for me to come back with my daughter to show her as she could not believe it. I came in today and the colorist (cant remember her name) saw us, check my daughter's hair and that's when ALL the hairstylist BS you could ever hear came out of her mouth, from the imaginary copper in my water (not such thing BTW), to the shampoo that I've used in on my highlighter hair not being good enough, to searching for the 3 strands of barely there purple strands that she claims was proof that the purple was there. I told her that I wasn't happy that I spent that kind of money for a lousy job that I would need to pay again to have a real professional do. She went on in circles over the excuses she had already made up in her mind she was going to use to cover her crappy work. I only asked her one question.... ARE YOU PROUD OF THIS WORK??? because if you do, I guess you wouldn't mind if I share it with everyone on all social media to see. I'm honestly torn about this place. It seems that not all of the stylists aim to please. The first time I went I had a fabulous haircut and style by Jen. She was super friendly and took the time to blowdry and style my hair, it was super cute! At the end of it, $40 seemed like a great deal and I decided to go back. The issues hit when I went back, I wasn't able to book an appointment with Jen and decided to book an appointment with Joe instead. I not only received a mediocre hair cut (no style, and took less than 30 min) but a hefty $15 additional charge for having long hair. I get it...my hair is long, but it's not down to my waist and a heads up would have been nice instead of the sticker shock at the counter. It was the MOST BASIC cut and style (literally I should've just gone to hair cuttery) no style, no real attention- it was just an overall MEH. I'll probably go elsewhere next time... *shout out to the shampoo girls tho, they're the real MVP's. read more

I've been going to Rockstar for maybe a year and a half now for my hair. I've always been happy with the cuts I've gotten, since my schedule is a bit nuts I have seen several different stylists. I've always just done a trim and upkeep so it's been good. I got a pedicure here a couple months ago and unfortunately was not as happy. I wanted to get one of the fancier one's with the paraffin was and she couldn't find any of the tools to do that. After taking off the polish my toe nails were flaking and not good. Took weeks for them to grow out to healthy nail. Was definitely disappointed in the pedicure but will for sure be continuing to get my haircut here! Just got a cut to ring in 2019. read more

I got a full head color balayage in the back and highlights on the top. I went to Amber for the 1st time for a cut and style and it was amazing. I'm super picky and she everything right. Warning: Long review from a repeat customer! PRO'S: I first wandered into Rockstar when a friend of mine gave me a gift certificate here. It was an awesome promotion with multiple coupons for different services. I got my hair cut, colored and styled and I loved it. While the only reason I first walked in was because of the coupon, afterwards, I decided this was my new salon! I went back several times and the salon was always sure to book me with the same colorist and the same stylist. It was a bit expensive, but with how good my experiences were, I had to keep going back! Until... CON'S: Without any nervous bones in my body, I scheduled an appointment several weeks before my wedding day. I was completely confident that everything would be fine, because I was having the same thing done, by the same people that I've worked with for years at this point. When I got home, I realized that there was literally a chunk of dye that hadn't blended in my hair. I waited a few days (like I always do) before washing, hoping it'd blend. It was very noticeable. I called Rockstar, they apologized, and got me back in immediately. I went in, and the new colorist said that not only was that wrong, but I didn't see a few other mistakes. She "corrected" them, then I got my hair washed out. I was then rudely told to blow-dry my own hair, and then realized that it wasn't fixed!!! I had to have it re-fixed AGAIN when it was finally chunk-free. I spent three hours the first time, and three hours the second time I visited the salon - six hours for something to be right. No apology for my time, no discount off my next stop, not even a "sorry" as I walked out the door. I couldn't have been more disappointed after all the times I had been here before. I will never go back and do not recommend them that for that reason. All my previous experiences were great but the lack of customer service and ability to fix an obvious mistake made my last appointment the final one. read more

Scene: Day before my sister's wedding. Sitting at my desk wondering how I am going to look decent because a) I don't wear makeup, b) I don't do my hair, and c) my hairdresser/cosmetologist sister is helping the bride and everyone else. After researching some salons in the area, (and by "research", I mean yelping), I found Rockstar Salon. It seemed to have everything I needed: An appointment, an updo specialist, fake eyelashes and eyeliner, and a rockin' black decor to boot. I got an appointment with Nicole and she was great. I had no idea what I wanted and was totally "that guy" who sits in the chair and says "I don't know...up, down, half up and half down, braids, buns, whatever...", you know, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. She ended up giving me a side-parted braid and bun combo that looked really cute. It also stayed all night (through windy pictures outside, horrible robot renditions, jumping up and down like an idiot, etc.) She also gave me some sweet lashes complete with eyeliner because I don't know how to do that stuff. I've got to say...I almost looked like a lady. It was nice. If I ever find myself needing a hairdresser besides my sis, this is definitely the place I will be frequenting. read more

In the short time I was a client, I was fairly happy but not thrilled. Recently, I had a pretty bad cut and it needed to be recut by the owner. She indeed fixed the issue but I left unsatisfied- the damage had already been done. Its a nice salon. Clean and new but other than that just average. For the price of a cut you could go anywhere. Wow, so many 5 star reviews for this place--I'm sorry to be the party pooper! I really wanted to like Rockstar because they're so close and seem to have a fun, independent vibe. But to be totally honest, I didn't have a good experience here, so I can't recommend them. I was here for a color and cut. Both of my stylists seemed rather rude and stiff, and I felt pretty uncomfortable because of it. I brought Manic Panic dye because I wanted my highlights to be a certain crazy bright pinkish red, and my colorist refused to use it, saying, "We just prefer to use our own stuff." She was able to mix up a similar red, thankfully, but as other salons have no problem using dyes I bring, it seemed pretty weird. I thought the haircut was ok, but my stylist didn't seem to understand when I asked for a fringe bang. Instead I got a very small bit of a straight bang-like thing. It ended up costing $170, which is $65 more than the prices on the website for a cut and partial highlight. I guess they charged me for having longer hair? And maybe they also charged me for the blow dry? Or they considered it both a partial highlight and a single process? Not sure what happened there. I just know it's a lot more than I have to pay at Asha for the same services, except at Asha my stylists were friendly and did a fantastic job. read more

I recently visited Rockstar Salon & Spa with a Living Social voucher. My sister and I purchased identical vouchers, and we had waited 2 months for Swedish Massage and Facial/Microdermabrasion appointments. This was my first time at the salon, and upon walking in, the first thing I noticed was how awesome the decor was! The walls, the chairs, the chandeliers, the throw pillows...everything was super cute and it looked like no detail had been overlooked. However, things started to go downhill after that, when the massage therapist was OVER AN HOUR late for my 8 AM appointment. I understand that it was early, and I would not have been too upset if she had been 15, 20, or maybe even 30 minutes late. But, an hour was just excessive and really unprofessional...as the customer, I made sure to be on time for my appointment, and I would expect the same courtesy from the professional. Because of this situation we had to shuffle our appointments around, and we finished our scheduled services much later than originally planned. On the plus side, the woman at the front desk (manager or owner?) was apologetic and offered us additional services to make up for our inconvenience. I really appreciated her effort to remedy the situation, but I still would have preferred for my appointment to start on time. As far as services go, I was not impressed with the Swedish massage anyways. The aesthetician who performed my facial and microdermabrasion was very friendly, but the facial was pretty standard and nothing exceptional. However, I was happy with the complimentary manicure that I received because of my inconvenience. I probably would not go back here, but my experience could have been a fluke. I did not get any services done to my hair, but the stylists seemed pretty good, so maybe it's a great place for hair! read more

I came in for a special occasion style for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid. I brought in a photo and Michael was able to completely match the look. I was blown away by his ability to duplicate exactly what I wanted! I've never had that experience before. He was also fast, and incredibly friendly and sweet, and told fantastic stories! Unfortunately I live In LA and will probably not have an opportunity to visit the salon again. But I have to say if I'm ever in Chicago, he is worth the trip! Thank you Michael! I got so many compliments at the wedding on my hair, and I owe it all to you! You are phenomenal! My only complaints are #1) the price was $25 more than what I'd been quoted on the phone when I made my appointment, so with tip I ended up paying $100. But he did such an amazing job I let it slide. #2) The receptionist was unfriendly and uninterested, perhaps she was having a bad day but she was definitely not on par with Michael's professionalism and caliber. I have been here twice for a haircut. Note - I have very fragile hair (breaks right off!) and sensitive skin. 1st visit was def 4 stars - the shampoo girl was so gentle, and was very nice as well. The sinks have awesome headrests in them. ahhhhhh. My haircut was exactly what I wanted. The stylist definitely had mad skills, my only complaint was that the stylist talked too much for my taste. I enjoy chatting/small talk - but this was yackity yackity yackity. I dunno but getting your hair done should be kind of relaxing - yes ? 2nd visit was 3 stars - no shampoo girl so the stylist washed my hair. When done, the stylist wrung my hair out so hard it hurt, and then wrapped my hair in a towel so tightly I thought I'd be bald when we pulled it off. (I quickly loosened the towel). Into the chair - stylist sprayed a good amount of product in my hair (fine with me, cuz I need it!) but during the cut, kept combing my hair onto my face & leaving it there. I had to keep brushing this wet clump of product-soaked hair off my face. Sure enough, within 2 days I had a breakout on my face. This stylist is VERY talented though, so I may just go back & suck it up, heh heh BEAUTIFUL DECOR!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE. I wish they could come do my house :) read more

I'm really torn with this review. I like Rockstar. The salon is really cool-looking and welcoming, it was very easy to get a last-minute reservation, their washing stations have a comfortable shelf for your head to rest on, and the products they use smell and work great. The haircut I received was pretty decent; not fantastic, but pretty good for the suburbs, and the price was alright. Also, my hair stylist was very friendly and seemed to have the banter thing down pat (or maybe we just "clicked", I don't know). That said, I would prefer to give my money to a local independent business that supports events in their community. I don't mean monetarily; I just mean allowing people who are throwing independent events in their area to post flyers in their window. Their policy certainly isn't "rockstar" and I hope they consider changing it. Until they do, though, I think I will try other salons. read more

I was searching for a place in my neighborhood to go to for my wedding day for my hair style. I have searched high and low and because of the reviews on all the brides left here I decided what can go wrong? I didnt do the trial run because i didnt want to spend $100+ on a trial. But I was told a bridal can be $90+ if you get pins added to your hair and anything considered up. So I got a down style that I saw on kathryn Heigl that I thought would look great on me. I had Michael as my stylist, he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. I enjoy our relationship but maybe because of the reviews I had a very high expection level. He didn't really mimic the picture I gave him, which I didnt think was challanging and should have no problem for someone in his experience. Although it wasn't the same, I still liked what he did but it took a hour and a half to give me a down style with two waves in the back of my hair. Maybe it was all the talking we had, we did have good conversation but I was already late for my next appointment so by the time he was done I had to be out the door. When I paid I was told I owed $115 then tip too. I was so confused with how it added up to that much. I could have easily gone down the road from me and paid $35 for a style. But I wanted something modern and a treat to myself for my big day, I thought spending a lil more shouldnt hurt. But I really didnt see the work being worth the amount. Not even four hours later the style feel out of my head. So all my pictures showed my style gone by the time the ceremony was over. For that amount I expect it to last almost the whole night at least. I was upset, Michael and I had a conversation over it and he was very very apologetic. I am sure it doesnt happen all the time, but this is my experience and unfortunately it had to happen on my wedding day. He made a offer for his services, I accept. And I will probably go back again after that, not regularly though, it is very expensive. Although, my understanding is if you get someone else other then Michael it's cheaper. I'm picky about who cuts my hair because it's thick, dense, grows FAST, and will quickly turn into an out of control situation if I don't manage it and it's not cut properly. MICHELLE is the best - she is fast, personable, responsive and open to ideas and suggestions. Most importantly: she understands hair - how it grows, how it behaves, and what to do about it! I moved to the Chicago suburbs from Tampa, FL where I went to a progressive salon for years to get my hair cut and it was important that I found a place up here that could do more than cookie cutter fantastic sams haircuts. After lots of Googling I settled on Rockstar Salon - when I made the phone call for the my first appointment, the receptionist knew exactly who to send me to after I described what I wanted in a hair cut. I can't stress enough how great it is when a salon has its own culture of stylists, and receptionists who can recognize which stylists are best equipped to meet the needs per client. This place is also really clean, with a sleek, modern atmosphere, and friendly staff. Michelle hits it out of the park for me. If you're looking for a new place, check this place out. After years of searching for a Salon that I love, a colorist that is phenominal, a stylist that is fantastic, and an esthetician that is wonderful...I finally found it! ROCKSTAR Salon & Spa. I have been to Rockstar three times and I love it. I actually drive an hour to get there, which I am willing to do for the job that they do. First, when you walk in, it is very Rockstar Chic, Red walls, Black Chandeliers, Aniamal print fabric chairs, and what I call a coffee bar near the front desk. I usually wait on the leather couch surrounded by pillows. First, I see Aneta, she is so nice, she does my eyebrows, always a great job-very relaxing room. Then I am off with Megan, my colorist. We talk a little to find out what I am looking to do, and she gets it! he always offers me coffee or water and bring me magazine to look at while I process. I usually do partial low lights &high lights. Next to the shampoo girls, always a great job & I love the mini head massage that they give while washing my hair ~it always relaxes me. Next, off to see Michael (I used to see a different girl, she is no longer there). Michael and I talked a lot, great conversation! I have very thick, long hair, no one ever seems to layer it correctly! HE DID! He explained to me why he layers that way & I agreed on the technique-it has taken me over 10 years to find someone to do my layers this way! I am always happy when I leave here, while it can be a bit pricy and a bit of a long drive for me~it is definatley worth it to me and I will keep coming to ROCKSTAR! read more

Lots of reviews from women here - none from men, so i thought i'd be the first. I used to get my hair cut at Guise (Edward) before they moved and subsequently closed, and loved it - i tried a number of other places in the city and suburbs before finally going to Rockstar. First, the important thing for a lot of guys - the price is very reasonable, more expensive than most chain places where you get a crappy haircut, cheaper than the 'big name salons' (chain or not) that make you wait for your stylist and make you feel stupid because you're not wearing as tight of pants or have as many tattoos as their fakely-named stylists do. i always leave with an excellent haircut from Courtnie and have been to a few other stylists - Michelle and Ryan, and have gotten excellent cuts from them as well. the staff is always friendly, and i definitely feel like i'm appreciated as a customer. i return every month, and plan to continue, unless i go bald. read more

I recently started going to Rockstar for cuts and highlights. The atmosphere is fun and the decor is edgy and cool. I go to Megan for highlights and Marina for cut- they are both awesome! Everyone is very welcoming and down-to-earth, unlike some other salons in the area. Prices are reasonable and there is ample parking right in front. Mega thumbs-up! Michelle normally cuts my hair, Deanna usually does my nails. (I've only had my hair colored once, and I'm so sorry I don't remember the name of the girl who did it, she was awesome!) V cool blend of traditional and edgy, with red brocade wallpaper as you walk in, with black antique-y looking dressers, luxurious sofas. It feels very girly without being old-ladyish. Everyone is so nice and friendly, prices are reasonable, and I never feel "sold", you know? Like - oh YOU'll never be able to recreate this look at home yourself unless you buy this gazillion dollar bottle of magic potion. They tell me what to do with what I have, and sometimes I buy stuff anyway. I try and go for a manicure every week or two, and always leave happy. Deanna is sure to make sure I'm satisfied before she lets me leave, and has redone nails several times with a smile. Oh, and Lindsay does my waxing and is phenomenal. She is a shaping wizard. I've been looking for a new salon for a while and I've found a little piece of hair heaven. The shampoo girls are amazing! I seriously just want to go there daily just to have them wash my hair. The mini head massage is so relaxing and the shampoo smells great. I've been here a handful of times and have always gone to Michelle to cut my hair. Every picture i've brought in to her, she has definitely been able to replicate it. I've never been disappointed. She is great to talk to and there's never a dull moment when you're in her chair. I love how she styles my hair every time I see her and I swear my hair could last that way forever with the products she uses. I signed up for Yelp JUST so I could write a review on this place and it is the first time I've ever written a review! I found this salon when I was searching for a place to have my wedding hair and makeup done for myself and my bridal party. I am getting married in Bensenville and since I'm not from that area, I was blindly hunting for a salon out that way that would be great for this occasion. I was mostly relying on websites, price, proximity and reviews. After narrowing down the list a bit, I went out and actually visited the salons. Rockstar was BY FAR the best place I visited! It is so nice inside and the people there are amazing! All very happy and polite people. I felt right at home! After deciding to book them for the big day, I went in for my trial hair and makeup. I brought in about 8 pictures of hairstyles that I'd seen and liked and showed them to Michael and he created the BEST hairstyle I have ever seen! He did a great job putting in the clip in extensions I brought with me (Remy from Sally Beauty Supply are the best!) and did a great combination of all the photos I showed him. I couldn't believe how awesome it looked! I felt amazing and this was before I even got my makeup done! I even left the extensions in till Saturday (got it done Thursday night) so I could see how it looked with my dress on my final fitting! Lindsay did my makeup and she was great! She tried a few different color combinations and really wanted me to look my best! She wants you to look like yourself and not some crazy made-up bridezilla so she asks how you normally do your makeup and makes you up how you would do it only she does it 100 times better. She has mad skills. I'm even going in next week for an eyelash tint (which will be awesome since my lashes are mostly blonde and I'll be on the beach w/o makeup for the honeymoon) and an eyebrow shaping. Both my boys age 15 and 12 get their haircut by Jen. My 15 year old is sooo picky! Jen has been a godsent! He is there about 3 times a month sometimes and refuses to allow anyone to touch his curls! She just started my 12 year old with a new updated haircut that has slowly been falling into place over the last three cuts. She does an awesome job! I've been going to Rockstar for a few years now. I have my go-to stylists for cut/color (Jen and Rachel) but have also seen a handful of stylists over the years and have never been disappointed. Everyone is extremely nice and professional which can be sometimes hard to find at Salons. The Rockstar girls (and guys) are always up to date with trends relating to color, cut and products. The head/scalp massage you receive when getting your hair washed is my favorite part. I literally melt into the chair- such a nice touch. I have referred many of my friends to Rockstar and they all agree that this salon is amazing. read more

The employees at this salon specialize in one area, meaning the person that cuts your hair can't dye it for you as well. Personally I'd want to make one appointment with one person and knock both tasks out at once. I had my hair cut here and had a great experience. A few weeks later I came back to get my hair dyed. My real issue and reason for writing this review is that after the shampoo girl washed my hair I was escorted to their "blowdry bar" (counter space with products to dry your own hair) and told that I had to use the Pampers baby wipes to remove the dye on my skin myself. There was a salon quality dye removal product on the counter but nothing to apply it. I was so put off that I had to try to remove the by that point, already set (dark) dye along my hairline, and with baby wipes!? It was pointless, I left without being able to clean up my hairline, ears, and neck. I tried more at home with rubbing alcohol but it was no use. I had to go into work the next day with dye still all over my skin and my coworkers asked me if I had dyed my hair myself. It was so embarrassing that I paid a salon priced for something that looked like I had DIYed in my bathroom. I'll be going back to my old salon, at least they clean you up during the shampoo. read more

I have been here numerous times and have only had my hair cut by Michelle. The customer service is great and very accommodating when changing your schedule around. I've been to numerous barbershops and salons (both the burbs and the city) more than once only to go home with regretful cuts. This place has been the only place where the stylist has remembered me and my previous style/cut as well as executed the style/cut to my liking. A big thumbs up to the shampoo techs as well! I had a good experience at Rockstar. I had the Groupon for the facial/massage/mani-pedi package. The salon is conveniently located at the end of a strip mall right off Irving Park and across the Metra station. The vibe is upbeat and the decor is somewhat edgy. Overall, the place looks clean and new. The salon section is busy and bustling and I was curious how well I will be able to relax during my facial and massage. Fortunately, the spa is in a separate and soundproof section. There are two nicely decorated rooms there for spa services. At no point did I hear the noise from the salon during my facial or massage. The nail area is located in a corner of the salon right off the shampoo section. It is spacious and bright as well as private at the same time. The services themselves were overall enjoyable. Aneta did my facial and she was knowledgeable and thorough. What I liked is that she stayed in the room during the entire facial and gave me a shoulder massage while she waited for the mask to dry. I am not sure if I would pay the regular $90 for a facial... although, she did do a glycolic peel, which most places charge extra for. My massage was a head/neck/shoulder massage and it was a 30 minute massage. Elisa was the therapist and she used very firm pressure during the entire thing. Overall, I wouldn't call this a spa massage, it was more of a sports massage than anything else. My back always hurts, though, so it is nice to get a solid massage like that, but this was not the type of a massage that you can relax to. It was a very rushed 30 minutes and the therapist kept bumping into my spine when she was working on the neck. I would not return for a massage. Lisa did my nails and I thought she was very nice. I don't get very many pedis, so I cannot say much, but it was definitely a good experience. I would definitely return for another pedi- it was the most relaxing service I received that day. It has been about a month since the pedi and my feet still look nice. read more

I don't know why it's taken me so long to get around to writing this since I've been going to Rockstar for 2 or more years now. I go to Michael and I have nothing but complete confidence in everything he does. He is a master of his craft and just about the nicest and most energetic person you could meet. It is a treat to sit in his chair and by the time he's done I feel like I've had a mini-makeover and added bounce in my step. I've not had any coloring done or any other treatments so I cannot comment to that fact. What I can say is the staff has always been pleasant to me and I always enjoy my time there. read more

I'm not from the area but I was visiting a friend and so we tried out the place. First I have to say that the decor was truly "rock star" material...from the bling throw pillows to the Red walls, Black Chandeliers, Aniamal print fabric chairs, and what I call a coffee bar near the front desk. I've been there twice for a manicure/pedicure. Deanna did it the first time and she was FANTABULOUS! and Today I had Lisa who took such good care of my pedicure. She took the time to work through the calluses and all that jazz and my feet are happy, soft and a "skyscraper" glittery blue. Then I had Kayla for my mani and she was great! she took the time help me pick out the polish that I wanted, something subtle but with a pop! Ad she came up with a "bronze statue" It seems that Lisa and Kayla are now the regular manicurists and you can't go wrong with either of them; though Lisa does all the gem and bedazzling stuff on the nails. Deanna is only an "on call girl" which is sad because she was good also. I would also highly recommend their "jellish" manicure some call it the no chip. They take their time and do a beautiful job and my "fire engine red" nails lasted about 3 weeks with no chips and I'm pretty hard on my hands scrubbing dishes and stuff. My only complaint is the Front Desk lady. She was very condescending and rude. So after a wonderful relaxing mani/pedi you have to deal with this shrew and it kind of spoils the mood. Nonetheless I totally recommend the place and Lisa and Kayla! read more

I've been here many times and gotten pretty much all the services they provide and I must say I am truly, truly impressed. All stylists and salon staff are so helpful, professional, courteous, and kind. This is what every salon should aspire to be.
