Using Origami drippers (similar to V60), the baristas will carefully craft your cup to perfection. Our party sampled four of the offerings on our visit, and they were all outstanding. If espresso is your thing, there's only one on offer, Reprise's Space Flower espresso, a more traditional espresso but with a fruity twist, it was satisfying as a straight shot, but if you're looking for a distinctly third wave or highly fruity shot, this isn't it. I'd love for them to pull some of the pourover coffees as espresso, but alas. Bottom line, this was a great visit with some wonderful coffee. Highly recommended if you're in the area, and almost mandatory if you're a big pourover fan.

The egg type was not clarified on the menu, but I feel like for a breakfast sandwich to include a boiled egg instead of a traditional fried or scrambled egg, that should be disclosed to customers with some sort of expectations. My friend said the cappuccino was "just like every other cappuccino I've ever had." The lavender matcha really just tasted like a regular matcha. It was good but not much lavender flavor! Our food also took a bit to come out, despite the coffee shop being empty (only one other person already dining when we came in) and what we ordered. It looked like there were only two workers. I personally wouldn't visit Sipping Turtle Cafe again, unfortunately. There are a lot of other great options around that satisfy me more.

The espresso flavor was definitely very strong, but nothing unique or experimental. This is pretty typical of Counter Culture beans since they tend to stick to mainstream preferences. Overall, chill spot. The coffee is reliable, and the interior is cozy.
