Here's why I give it 4 stars instead of 5: the shower controls and shower head is dated and our shower dripped all night. We finally got it to stop dripping but then it was incredibly hard to turn the water back on. The sheer curtains in our room were ripped (doesn't affect them but just looks bad). There is 1 USB port on the alarm clock and 2 on the desk lamp and that's it. So if you have more than 1 device you want to charge on the nightstand, bring a charger.

As I know this is a popular hotel for baseball families to stay at. They did not like baseball teams being there at all and made that clear on multiple occasions. Staff was constantly yelling at kids from every team and organization that was there. We were walking on egg shells the entire time. Our baseball team stayed at this hotel from May 29-31. On Friday evening, several parents and families gathered in the lobby bar/lounge area to watch an important college baseball game featuring our local university. We were purchasing drinks from the bar, our children had sodas purchased there as well, and everyone was seated and behaving appropriately. The bartender was initially friendly and attentive. As more members of our group joined us, there were still plenty of open seats available throughout the lounge. No one was standing around, crowding the area, or preventing staff from doing their jobs. Our children were quietly sitting at a table watching the game and were not being disruptive in any way. After about 30 minutes, the bartender suddenly became visibly frustrated, threw her hands up, and loudly announced that the area was over capacity and that no one else could come in. The problem was that no one else was trying to come in, and there were still empty seats available. What happened next was what truly upset us. She walked over to our children and loudly told them to leave. These were children who had been sitting quietly watching a baseball game with their parents nearby. When we informed her that they were our kids and asked whether there was a policy or legal reason they couldn't be there, she admitted there wasn't. Instead, she stated that she simply didn't like having them there because she felt she couldn't move around as easily. At no point was anyone waiting for service. Everyone had already been taken care of, and our group was spending money at the bar. We specifically chose to stay at the hotel to watch the game so our kids could go straight to bed afterward since we had early baseball games the next morning. The game was only available on ESPN+, making the hotel one of the few convenient places for us to watch. Being told to leave is one thing. Being yelled at is another. Having our children yelled at for quietly sitting and watching a game was completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Our entire group closed out our tabs and left because of the way we were treated. The hotel itself was nice, but hospitality is about how guests are treated. Unfortunately, this interaction left a lasting negative impression and was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a hotel.

Free breakfast, free drinks, free snacks, And it is so much fun at the pool! The downside is the pool is crowded and the pool water is unclear. It's still fun though. Also a downside is that kids kept spraying we with their pump water guns. It is nice and there is nice people and the elevators are so cool lol! You can see through a glass window and see the 1st floor. It reminds me of that one level of the backrooms in london. It's free in the middle and spacious, and on the outside it's hotel rooms! The people are nice there, and I reccomend bringing your own soaps in the showers because the shampoo body wash and stuff are locked to the wall. I can't really pump it either. Bring your own shampoo and body wash. This hotel is so good because there isn't no bed bugs, the bathrooms in the hotel are clean, and RIGHT when you check out the housekeeping lady or man goes to your room immediately. I see them all the time. This is crazy!!! Another downside in the hotel is because the pool smells like salt and bleach. The pool is really like sea water. Also another downside is that they removed the hot tub. Either way though I have to say about this hotel is it's so good. It's good like really.

"Get Lucky" - Daft Punk with Nile Rodgers…read more We spent the weekend at Embassy Suites in NW Arkansas, not for a Razorback game, but to see my musical hero/icon/legend Nile Rodgers and CHIC, along with Billy Idol. Nile Rodgers has been on my bucket list, so it did not matter that we had to travel from Hawaii all the way to Arkansas via Dallas, (a 5.5 hr drive each way) then fly back the next day after the concert. I chose this place because the hotel is right across the street from the Walmart Ampitheater (Walmart AMP) and walking distance. Keep reading toward the end for a BIG SURPRISE. SERVICE: Mariah was at the front desk checking us in, and she was from Hawaii! Very nice girl. We got texts daily asking how they were doing. Housekeeping came by really late, like after 3:30 PM after we got back to our room from sight-seeing so we turned down the service as we still had nice fluffy towels. THE ROOM: The 2-room corner suite was really nice and spacious and clean. It came with a bar, microwave, fridge, full sized mirror, two queen beds, a chaise lounge, TVs in both rooms - and a cracked window in the anteroom which was taped with green masking tape. The bedroom faced the interstate, which was noisy through the walls. I could hear the cars/trucks speeding by, but I was tired so it was more like white noise. The A/C was loud, but at least it worked. Didn't really hear any neighboring room noises. BED: a bit soft, but clean and comfy. Pillows didn't smell like BO, like most places I've been. PERKS: free hot breakfast every morning, different fruits. Fresh Omelet station. Lots of choices. Coffee was strong and good. Very good. Lots of seating, even in the bar area in the morning. One of the best free morning breakfasts in any hotel I've ever been in. PARKING: $10 a day extra for hotel guests. Lots of open spaces. Embassy managed to keep the concert parkers out on the day of the concert. BIG SURPRISE: I got to meet Nile Rodgers!!! He was trying to get breakfast when I interrupted him. His plate was still empty but he graciously agreed to take a photo with me. I also went back after 30 minutes and we casually waved at him and he called us over to his group. He threw his arm over my shoulder and gave me a hug, he held my hand in another photo. He was one of the nicest celebrities I've ever met - very humble and genuinely friendly. I was over the top dying inside!!! The man I came to see was staying at the Embassy Suites! It's no surprise that musical celebrities may be staying here, especially if they are playing at the Walmart AMP, as it's right across the street and convenient. So if you want to see your favorite musician at the AMP, book a room at the Embassy Suites and you may get lucky!! Return factor: YES. In the future. Maybe. Don't think Nile is going to play in AR again any time soon (he is usually in Europe).

The bed isn't the most comfortable ever, but it's adequate. The only thing I would change is the TV. It's a larger room with 2 beds and a sitting area, but the TV doesn't swivel. But that's a minor complaint

The hotel lobby was clean and well kept as well, and I was greeted immediately by a really kind man at the front desk. There was a sign in the lobby with what is available the next day at the continental breakfast, and the clerk at the front made sure to explainn the hours of the pool, gym & breakfast as well. Check in was a breeze, and we were on our way to our room. The room was nice, spacious and the air conditioning was already running (thankfully because it's humid af outside). The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was clean. We used the pool area for a couple of hours, which again was clean and well maintained. The spa is down, but that didn't matter as we weren't trying to use it. We did use the gym area which again, clean and well maintained. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the Bentonville area, and would recommend others to give this hotel a shot.
