The water shoes in the shop were a fair price. The large cabin was perfect, being close to the main cabin. I would've preferred having outlets where we slept, which was the pullout couch under the stairs.

Overall, I recommend this campsite. I booked this last minute, so one of the few spots that were…read moreopen was at the late night loop. The noise ordinance is midnight for the rest of the campsite other than the late night loop which is 2 AM (or at least that's when things got quiet). Our campsite had great shade but wasn't on the water (late night loop 104) but was near the bathroom which I appreciated. The showers and toilets could be cleaner but I feel like there is only so much they can do with the amount of lake swimming and sheer amount of folks using the restrooms. I definitely recommend water shoes not only for the lake but also the showers. Although I brought supplies for making French press coffee, I ended up getting an iced late at the coffee shop in the main office. We had some of the breakfast buffet (carton eggs, sausage, hashbrowns) and it was all pretty good. We signed up for a glow tube night trip on Friday and a float trip on Saturday. Both were fun but I don't think I'd need to do 2 float trips in a weekend in the future. The resort drops you off at the tubing drop site up the river and you end either at the resort or a mile up the river where they'll bus you back. It's pricey but it does include a lot of amenities and is definitely a one stop shop for tubing. I think next year we'll look into the cabins or pods. ;tldr it's pricey but you get hot showers, toilets, coffee, and busing for the float trips built in. Late night loop is rowdy so if you want something more quiet, consider avoiding this area.

"Get Lucky" - Daft Punk with Nile Rodgers…read more We spent the weekend at Embassy Suites in NW Arkansas, not for a Razorback game, but to see my musical hero/icon/legend Nile Rodgers and CHIC, along with Billy Idol. Nile Rodgers has been on my bucket list, so it did not matter that we had to travel from Hawaii all the way to Arkansas via Dallas, (a 5.5 hr drive each way) then fly back the next day after the concert. I chose this place because the hotel is right across the street from the Walmart Ampitheater (Walmart AMP) and walking distance. Keep reading toward the end for a BIG SURPRISE. SERVICE: Mariah was at the front desk checking us in, and she was from Hawaii! Very nice girl. We got texts daily asking how they were doing. Housekeeping came by really late, like after 3:30 PM after we got back to our room from sight-seeing so we turned down the service as we still had nice fluffy towels. THE ROOM: The 2-room corner suite was really nice and spacious and clean. It came with a bar, microwave, fridge, full sized mirror, two queen beds, a chaise lounge, TVs in both rooms - and a cracked window in the anteroom which was taped with green masking tape. The bedroom faced the interstate, which was noisy through the walls. I could hear the cars/trucks speeding by, but I was tired so it was more like white noise. The A/C was loud, but at least it worked. Didn't really hear any neighboring room noises. BED: a bit soft, but clean and comfy. Pillows didn't smell like BO, like most places I've been. PERKS: free hot breakfast every morning, different fruits. Fresh Omelet station. Lots of choices. Coffee was strong and good. Very good. Lots of seating, even in the bar area in the morning. One of the best free morning breakfasts in any hotel I've ever been in. PARKING: $10 a day extra for hotel guests. Lots of open spaces. Embassy managed to keep the concert parkers out on the day of the concert. BIG SURPRISE: I got to meet Nile Rodgers!!! He was trying to get breakfast when I interrupted him. His plate was still empty but he graciously agreed to take a photo with me. I also went back after 30 minutes and we casually waved at him and he called us over to his group. He threw his arm over my shoulder and gave me a hug, he held my hand in another photo. He was one of the nicest celebrities I've ever met - very humble and genuinely friendly. I was over the top dying inside!!! The man I came to see was staying at the Embassy Suites! It's no surprise that musical celebrities may be staying here, especially if they are playing at the Walmart AMP, as it's right across the street and convenient. So if you want to see your favorite musician at the AMP, book a room at the Embassy Suites and you may get lucky!! Return factor: YES. In the future. Maybe. Don't think Nile is going to play in AR again any time soon (he is usually in Europe).

I was given 5000 points per room which is the equivalent to about $15 off our stay per room. I have reached out to Hilton and the property multiple times and just keep getting ignored. The points didn't arrive in my account until he next day. and was told it was to late to complain because we had already checked out.

My king-bed suite came with a well stocked kitchen (complete with electric stovetop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all the cookware, plateware and flatware you need), separate enclosed sitting area from bedroom, ac/heating units in both spaces, as well as ceiling fans and large panel tvs make for a pleasant stay at the Homewood. The staff are very nice and friendly; April and the rest of the hotel staff had nothing but cheerful greetings and smiles for me every time I saw them. The fireplace in the main dining made the daily continental breakfast buffet and dinner (Mon-Thur) a cozy affair. Alas, since I was on a business trip, I didn't have much time to check out their other amenties (fitness, pool, convenience store), but it was good to know that they were available. Very clean (did I mention they washed my dishes every day of my stay), and very quiet. I would highly recommend staying at Homewood if visiting Bentonville.

The location was super convenient, right off I-49, making it easy to get on and off the interstate and explore Rogers, Bentonville, and the surrounding area. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly, very clean. I really liked having a separate living area with a couch, giving us plenty of room to relax instead of being confined to just a bedroom. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained. One of the highlights was the complimentary hot breakfast. There were plenty of options to choose from, which made for a great start before heading out for the day. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. Overall, Homewood Suites by Hilton Bentonville-Rogers was a great choice for our Arkansas road trip--clean rooms, plenty of space, a convenient location, and a really good breakfast. Definitely a place I would stay at again when visiting Northwest Arkansas.

The hotel lobby was clean and well kept as well, and I was greeted immediately by a really kind man at the front desk. There was a sign in the lobby with what is available the next day at the continental breakfast, and the clerk at the front made sure to explainn the hours of the pool, gym & breakfast as well. Check in was a breeze, and we were on our way to our room. The room was nice, spacious and the air conditioning was already running (thankfully because it's humid af outside). The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was clean. We used the pool area for a couple of hours, which again was clean and well maintained. The spa is down, but that didn't matter as we weren't trying to use it. We did use the gym area which again, clean and well maintained. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the Bentonville area, and would recommend others to give this hotel a shot.
