Perfectly balanced and indulgent. * Milk Chocolate Almond Cluster -- My favorite so far! Great balance of flavors with a satisfying crunch from the almonds. Service: The service was great. Their chocolate is actually really good however we have been here twice now for frozen chocolate covered bananas when we want a cold treat and both times they didn't have enough bananas that were frozen even though they advertise them outside. It's really disappointing because we drive there and look forward to them only to have one person eat one while the other watches with a different treat. The first time they were out of frozen bananas my husband was given a banana that wasn't frozen and the chocolate was all melted and dripping all over the place. My family and I we were looking forward to getting some chocolate covered strawberries, but unfortunately, once we arrived at the store, one of the associates commented that they don't have chocolate covered strawberries that in order for us to buy some, we would have to call ahead of time I asked why if at the other locations we were able to buy chocolate covered strawberries just fine. They said that it was because they end up throwing them away so if I wanted some, I would have to wait an hour for them to be able to make it which my family and I were pretty bummed out of. I just think that it's so unfortunate just because you can tell they really just didn't want to make them. read more

Who doesn't like caramel apples. Reminds me of childhood. I saw this place while shopping in the area. I got the caramel apple with almonds. The gal behind the counter asked if I wanted it precut. Yes, please. Also got a dark chocolate toffee bar. Yes, it all tasted good. Surprised I didn't buy more. Way too much too choose from. Unfortunately I gave this place 3 chances and NOTHING changed. They charge $16,00 for a snickers apple but there is NOTHING on it. Even the girl behind the counter noticed. That's not fair to sell a $16 apple with just Carmel on it when you're selling it as a snickers apple. I buy the same thing at spectrum Rocky Mountain and it takes a few days to finish it. I tried to make this my go to place but they seem to not care about customer feed back. The crew is amazing and helpful. Yogurt station is self server BUT all the toppings are packaged in plastic containers due to Covid and honestly that's smart because ya know portion control. On a good given day before Covid, I would just keep coming on toppings but with Covid, thank god because I don't need that many toppings and sugar on the froyo. read more

Located inside that eye sore of a outlet mall in San Clemente you will find the Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory making all their delicious chocolate concoctions that is sure to give your taste buds a whirl! Their shop is pretty small pretty much consisting of a counter display of caramel apples and another display of all the chocolate you could ever want! The other side of the store is a frozen yogurt type of set up I'm not really sure if the two are related but they might be seeing they share the same space. The caramel apples are super delicious and come in some interesting flavors as they had a kinda apple pie one that was just super delicious as it totally tasted like an apple pie but with a apple inside and on a stick totally delicious! The candy counter had a bunch of different chocolate varieties some bundled with nuts in milk dark or sugar free mound of chocolate goodness! Of the sweet treats I decided to get a dark chocolate pretzel and wow it was rich and had a good crispy bite to it that totally hit the spot! This is a pretty cool little chocolate shop all though nothing really stood out as being totally amazing it did satisfy the chocolate craving well enough for me to be dragged around this shopping mall a bit longer. read more

Order fudge and a peanut caramel apple here. Fudge is absolutely delicious and have to fight the urge to eat the entire pound all at once. The Carmel apple was good but needed more caramel on it. The apple was fresh and crispy so because of the caramel being so thin, the taste of the apple overpowered the peanuts and caramel. read more

This is a great place to go to satisfy a sweet tooth craving. This store certainly has a wide variety of various kinds of chocolate goodies to choose from, ranging from caramel apples coated with M&Ms, pretzel rods coated in chocolate, to the peanut butter cups. My favorite treat from this place would be the peanut butter cups. These chocolate cups are big in size, and also big in flavor. These peanut cups are quite good. There are other kinds of chocolate that I have yet to try, such as the fudge. The staff at this chocolatier are great, and the atmosphere is nice. The prices at this store are sort of high, but I would say that that is because of great quality of the different kinds of chocolates being served here. The worst store ever! We walked in, we were completely ignored yet we waited patiently until the blond guy who was pretending to be busy finally decided to help us. Everything we chose and he picked was just piled up on the counter, although I kept asking him to put everything in a box, then the blond girl who had ignored us from the minute we walked in but who helped everyone who came after us, came to see what was taking the blond guy so long. She told the blond guy to go help other customers and asked me to pay and then she ll box everything. I said NO, you box first then I ll pay so she picked everything from the counter and set it at the back counter and told us to wait for OUR TURN!!! That's when we walked out the store!! What horrible service, what attitude! Here I m, buying $20 plus worth of chocolate and this is how they treat us!! She is ready to bill us but not ready to pack and hand our stuff to us??? Stopped in after lunch to look at the caramel apples and saw the Vanilla Fudge, I was a happy girl! The employee was very knowledgeable and cut 1/4 pound for me, it cost $3.85 and worth every cent!! This candy was smooth and melted in my mouth! Delicious! The store was meticulously clean and the cases of apples and candy looked perfect! I just called this location to check to see if they had chocolate covered strawberries. Not only did I find out that they had a great deals for chocolate covered strawberries they also have amazing employees with great customer service. I have gone in multiple times before closing and every time that I have gone in they have treated me very nicely. I just spoke to Pablo on the phone and he took the time to get the exact numbers I would need to know for a couple strawberries, it truly meant the world that he would take his time to grab different sized strawberries and give me an estimate on how much each of them would be. After talking for a little bit longer and getting my name he greeted me and told me that he would put all of the things I wanted on hold to guarantee that they would be there when I arrived.
