Stopped in for a couple of coffees while visiting Fairplay and so glad we did. This place is such a gem. Scott made us some lattes and they were DELICIOUS. The interior has so much character - part coffee house, part cigar shop and lounge, part golf simulator, and man cave. We ordered 2 vanilla lattes, one with whole milk and the other with oat milk and cinnamon. They were some of the better coffees we've had and Scott was super friendly and easy to chat with. This would be a place we'd return to again and again. read more

Okay so this has got to be the coolest diamond in the rough...just stopped in for a coffee...off the highway find. I just popped in because I saw the latte sign and I refuse to get gas station coffee...sorry I'm that girl. I walked in to every man's dream man cave and every woman's peak behind the curtain of a boys club. I got to chat with the owner Scott who was also my barista of quite literally the most amazing coffee outside of my kitchen. Not exaggerating, Scott took me back to Europe with this coffee. Roasted to perfection. I loved how knowledgeable he was about all cigars; so helpful picking out things just based on the characteristics I gave him for the men I wanted to get gifts for. I even found something for me! I thought the prices were so fair especially since shopping around in the city. I loved that he had a haven for locals to come and have a jam sessions that also exposed visitors to local talent. Scott moved me at my heart strings while we had a wonderful and I'd like to quote him..."Take a picture with your mind and when the memory starts to fade it's time to go back." If you want a delicious latte, the coolest vibes, and the best conversation with the owner Scott, this place is for you! We're staying in the area for a ski weekend and I stumbled upon this place on Yelp and I'm SO happy I did! I got an almond milk latte that was so good but the best part is Scott. My husband and I ended up chatting with him for almost an hour and I couldn't stayed all day! He is so nice and genuine which is hard to find these days. I was traveling through and stopped in to grab some cigars for our group. As a pipe smoker I didn't know what cigars to get. The lady behind the counter helped a ton and sold me the only great cigar I've ever had that didn't make me sick. It was AMAZING. I called a couple weeks later to try and find those same cigars and gentlemen named Scott took his time to help me over the phone knowing he would not benefit financially from the exchange. Came here twice with a friend while on our way to Cottonwood Inn hot springs. So good we stopped on our way back AFTER a relaxing day in the spring water! The coffee was absolutely phenomenal. I can't emphasize this more. Especially for the price. Got a cigar for my husband... It came on recommendation from Scott after I asked for something unique that my husband wouldn't find at any other cigar lounge near us in Dallas. Hubs just lit it up tonight. Absolutely loves it. Wish we were closer. We would LOVE and LIVE in this cozy spot with this wonderful community. My friend and I got to talk to the locals of Fairfield and with Scott and Button (phenomenal Barista, btw!). This was an absolute treasure and I wish more places and people like this existed where we were staying in Breckenridge. It ended up being one of the highlights of my stay in this area. This place is great! Six stars three thumbs up. My new fav spot in Fairplay. I pass through on my way to Denver...it's halfway....so it's the perfect place for gas and to let the dogs stretch their short Dachshund legs. It helps RMC is dog friendly...the three of us appreciate that. The owner Scott is super friendly and helpful and interesting to talk to. The other people who work there are friendly and helpful as well. One of these days I'm gonna get Scott to guide some fly-fishing for me. For now though...they have quite the cigar selection including my all time fav Arturo Fuente. I look forward to stopping every trip. read more

We came by this place on accident while stopping for gas. It is not only a magnificent cigar shop but they make the best coffee I have had on a vacation. The staff is amazing, polite , funny and very cool. There is also a simulator in there if you want to play a round of golf and always good music playing. On the weekends they have live music on and off through the day. It is a great place and if you are in Fairplay and want a welcoming environment with some caffeine or nicotine it is the place to hit. I was sad I had to say goodbye, we went in daily to get coffee from them and I loved the company. Scott & Lynn are exceptional people who have great stories and such a friendly demeanor. Great place and the owner is a good guy. Sticks are pricey but try to buy another one anywhere near and you will have absolutely no luck. Good selection of cigars and they make a really good cappuccino to go along with it. Set aside 30 minutes or so on your trip and stop to have a smoke. read more
