Date of visit: February 12, 2025 I was admittedly impressed upon driving up to the store given that it looks like no other Target I've ever seen on the outside, the cabinesque look of the entrance lending itself well to it surroundings. But all of that initial feeling faded away quickly when I saw that both trash cans outside the store were absolutely overflowing, reminiscent of the aftermath of a music festival, the garbage piled high and also surrounding the cans as though they had not been emptied in days. This sadly is the new normal for Target, the high standards from when I worked there long abandoned as they continue to try to chase Walmart instead of doubling down on the service that set them apart and made them the superior choice. While the inside of the store was definitely cleaner than the exterior, service was MIA (also their new normal) as not a single employee interacted or even looked at me while we browsed the mens, electronics, and grocery departments. The cashier was definitely not friendly, either; exactly why I lean towards self-checkout these days, it's harder for a computer to be rude to you! read more

For the second year in a row, trying to sign up for Target's so-called "college student discount" has been nothing but a nightmare. The registration system simply doesn't work, no matter what I try -- and once again, I was left stranded with no support. To make things worse, the in-store manager was not only unhelpful, but also rude and sassy, as if my inconvenience was an annoyance to them. I asked for assistance and was brushed off with attitude and zero effort to actually solve the issue. This I called customer service and stayed on the line for over an hour while still waiting in store. The result? Absolutely nothing. No resolution, no help, just more wasted time and frustration. For a company this size, this "discount" is nothing but a sham -- a marketing ploy that fails to deliver and leaves students hanging. After two years of this mess, I can confidently say: Target, do better. Or just stop pretending this discount exists. read more

Went in to pick up a laptop charger today. Found the person in electronics leaning by the register not really doing anything. I asked her if they had a laptop charger. She said yes, and kind of half waved in the direction they would be. I went over and looked and almost everything on that entire shelf was empty no stock of anything. I went back and asked the girl if she could confirm exactly where they are, and she said somewhere over there I asked if she can go with me and she did noticed that there was no product on the shelf. This is a nice Target right next door to the Silver Inn, where we stayed for six days and five nights. I found a few things I wanted that I couldn't find at the Super Target in Denver, like a better selection of women's thermal shirts, which I desperately needed for spending a few days in the snow. There's a nice selection of frozen pizzas and snack foods we cooked up in our hotel room microwave oven. There's a Pizza Hut inside the store too, so if you want a fast snack, you can stop into this Target location. They didn't have wine that we needed to take to our hosted New Year's Eve dinner, only beer, but we found a really cool place called Locals Liquor down the street that served our purposes. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Teenagers stand around ALL DAY LONG and then when you ask them something they're rude as fuck and act like they're in a hurry. The managers there are complete pieces of shit too that same inpatient rude ass shit the way they act and the way I've seen them talk to other employees too is ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that you can't hardly find anything your looking for because their inventory is so shitty/ people not doing their jobs just standing there. Would not recommend. Agree that it is clean. Came from out of town and multiple times had to confirm that indeed I do brew bags for the 30 items we bought. Perhaps needing bags frustrated our cashier who forgot to give us the beer we paid for. read more

The last 2 times I went to Target in Silverthorne, CO I was less than pleased! The shelves were bare in many areas and both times I went in there for basically one thing only and I came out empty handed! I don't think a muffin pan or nasal gel /spray are odd things to find! Maybe is has something to do with a Corporate decision and loss of customers an Target had to cut down on inventory! read more

This place had exactly what I needed. We were in our usual family visit here last November and I realized that my boy was totally outgrowing the current car seat. We'd recently purchased new ones for the cars at home from Target. So this was the first place I looked. I was in luck because they even had the exact model I wanted in stock! I have always visited Target ( through out the US) and this was by far the WORST experience.... I walk in with my son and try to find the family bathroom, it's not near the normal ones( okay, not every store is the same) finally we find it down by the Pharmacy, and it's in use. Well it was an employee who was in there, not someone with a child. On top of that the entrance was completely blocked by backstock items so we could barely get in or out. The Cafe area was closed ( it was noon) and some of the employees I asked for help/ directions where rude. Never again will I drive out of my way for this Target. read more

My buddy and i came here after going to copper mtn to get some munchies, beer and earplugs. This seems like a smaller target than the other ones I've been to in the suburbs in TX, but it's okay because they're really handy and cheaper than most of the stores in the area. If you're not from the area and you want to get a quick lesson on atmospheric pressure that you missed out on in chemistry, then you'll want to head over to the chips and snack aisle. If you take a look at the Pringles cans and bags of chips, you'll notice that many of them are under pressure and bloated. It's because they were packed at a lower elevation and the air at sea level is more dense than at these high altitudes. Be careful, when I opened a can of Pringles, it popped and shards of the potato food hit me in the face. Also, you'll pay 13 bucks for an 18 pack of Coors. Now that's a nice price to pay to tap the Rockies. read more

Terrible customer service. Went in for a product that the online website said they had in store. I looked for it myself but couldn't find it. I asked an associate for help and she told me she was approaching the end of her shift and asked me to ask someone else. I then went to a different associate and she told me she didn't know what that item was and sent me to the cashier to ask for assistance. The girl manning the self checkout then proceeded to tell me this was an item that required a prescription and the pharmacy was closed (I've def purchased this item over the counter). She asked me to ask the other cashier for help finding this, however he was checking out a customer with a full cart of stuff. I waited and waited and waited until I finally decided to go look for myself again. I double checked on the website that the item was in fact available and noticed that the website tells you which aisle you can find each item!! So after asking 4 associates for help finding said item and wasting 30 minutes searching for an item that any one of them could've told me where to find had they bothered to look it up on the scanners they all carry, i left with a bad taste for this target. read more

This store has a great selection and is not too difficult to get to from the interstate. It is quite a bit smaller than the stores in larger towns but it works and everyone is very nice! Don't overspend and get a credit card through them though because the interest is terribly high! read more

This Target has been here a few years at least now, but every time I go here I'm reminded of the time when Wal-Mart was the only superstore option in Summit, and I am so grateful Target is here! As a temporary resident of Keystone I was pleased to find a nearby Target. They must grow them big in TX b/c this store is about the same size as the Boulder one, which is plenty big for me. In addition to the usual Target fare they have a decent sized grocery section and pharmacy. It's also nice not paying resort town prices for once. read more

Kelly the pharmacist was amazing and helpful. She was incredibly busy and obviously understaffed but still managed to help with my prescription with patience and a smile. Feel bad because there were only two people behind the counter and a long line of customers. Nevertheless, an excellent customer service experience. read more

i'm at this target quite often and haven't dealt with any unpleasant employees... i was in yesterday to buy a new phone case. i asked someone working in the same isle but as soon as i asked if they have the iphone xr case he said look in general to see what phone i had pulled it up and had the iphone xr like i said then he said "if i don't see it we don't have it" in a extremely rude tone. then i took it upon myself to go get someone else since he was no help.. the other guy said about the same thing which was so helpful. so then i asked "would walmart have it?" he said "doubt it" so i left target empty handed and went to walmart and guess what?! walmart had it!!! thank you walmart and thank you to the so very helpful target employees in the electronic section. read more

I purchased a Hanes sweatshirt and sweatpants at Target and they were crap. After several wasings the elastic stopped working and the material was covered with fuzz. I told the Target customer service people about this terrible Hanes stuff and I will bet it never got back to the purchasing guys. This is one of the problems with corporate America. read more

Both employees were rude and unhelpful and either lack any guest service skills, have not been trained sufficiently in frontline basics, or do not care. Store looks fantastic on the outside. I generally dislike Target but this one is especially bad. Long lines - last time I was at the store the only employee I could find was hiding in an isle playing Pokeman Go who then told me the battery I needed for my car key fob was not available anywhere other than Amazon.com. We dove a half hour to shop at Target. We got home and one of the items we bought fell apart within 30 seconds. They offer no way to return the item without driving back over, which does not make sense for us. It would cost more in gas than the item is worth. No option to return via mail or anything. I worked at this Target and noticed the owner Patty treating Vitol a young man with down syndrome very poorly. Vitol was doing a great job wiping off carts and bringing them In. Then when I saw Patty scolding Vitol and treating this young man unfair I decided to quit and never shop at Silverthorne Target again. read more

I've been shopping here for 7 years or so and steadily am followed around like I am going to steal something. They must have bad theft in this location? But regardless I feel more harassed by the time the 4th person asks me if I want help. And notice people in walkie talkies keeping an eye out for me if I am looking to buy a cd. They also check to see if I have the cd or dvd at the register when i check out. I see this mainly to minorities who shop here. I just feel creeped out and sad that I don't want to shop here ever again. read more
