So my dog ended up being in a kennel for roughly 5-7 hours she wasn't fully finished when I picked her up and that was 6 hours after her supposed appointment at 10. I have found a new groomer and Will Not be going to bar car again.

While boarding, they noticed that one of Tigo's toes had become infected. Rather than waiting, they acted immediately--Tina even came in from home to take him to the hospital and make sure he received the care he needed. Throughout the entire situation, their communication was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. They also took extra precautions to keep Tigo comfortable and healthy by isolating him when necessary, cleaning and monitoring his wound, and making sure he received all of his medications as prescribed. Most importantly, it was clear how much love and attention they gave him. Tigo was treated like family, not just another boarding dog. I'm incredibly grateful for their attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism.
