Mine were just under; however, they still offered free pickup if they are close to your area for another delivery. In the end, I got my rugs cleaned and delivered back to me in about 2.5 weeks. While being cleaned, they gave me a call letting me know of some defects in one of the rugs that they could fix; however, we decided it wouldn't be worth it at the time. I would definitely trust them with any repairs however. In the end, they came back to me looking (and most importantly, smelling!) a lot better. They're not going to be the cheapest option but if you have rugs you want to make sure stay in great condition, this is the spot for you!

You can use change, card which is a super nice addition, or a reloadable gift card type of deal. I've only ever used card but the tap and swipe payment option is very modern. Always an attendant on duty. People mostly keep to themselves but it's the vibe you want to wash a small load or even a few large blankets that really need a commercial dryer to finish. This location also does wash and fold laundry. Not sure on starching and all of that but it's a nice additional service. While Anchor Pest was open to working on my Townhouse, they also have good prices and their removal process eco- and nature-friendly, however they were not able to offer the permanent solution I so desperately need. The representative was very courteous and responsive to my messages and phone calls. They did offer a deterrent (scare balloons) but this was only for short term. (Installed in Spring with removal after end of season.) I was hoping for additional work that would include sealing off access but this was not offered. In all fairness, Anchor was very transparent about the work they do and may be a good option for others when dealing with different pest/wildlife issues.
