After I waited for a week I was following up every day just to get an idea of when JR would actually be able to come out, he scheduled and then canceled last minute and then nothing. It's been over two weeks now- it takes 30 seconds to respond to a text at the least let alone schedule an appointment you can keep, no excuse. I've disputed with BBB and asked for my money back. We arrived just after they opened on Sunday. The lady said someone would be with us shortly. Jason came out, dressed very casually. He apologized, saying he was working in the back. It was actually nice, maybe even comfortable. Unlike the last business, he actually showed us the brands we wanted to see. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. And he gave us time to discuss the purchase in private. In the end, we were very happy with the price of our Bosch oven. Delivery and installation was exceptional as well. Being 25 years old, we decided not to repair it this time. This experience was horrible. The salesman showed us one oven - I never heard of the brand. I was interested in seeing the GE ovens, compare them with the Bosch. No, he would not show us the GE models. I asked to see the floor model of the Bosch oven that was listed on their website to compare prices and quality. He pointed in the general direction of their warehouse. I walked in, looked around but it was pretty full - I could not find it. He did show us the Bosch ovens at least - so one point for that. I was ready to leave, wondering if I could maybe find the original paperwork for the dishwasher to get that fantastic saleslady's name. But, we made our way to another business to purchase a Bosch oven.

We had a great customer service experience here, even during COVID. When we were ready, we sourced and place our order for all materials through the website Build.com, which is now owned by Ferguson. We had trouble with a broken toilet and we're able to get it replaced by refusing the shipment. It was an easy part of a very crazy process. The showroom is beautiful and offers many high end finishes. I love being able to touch and feel fixtures since you need to know how that metal will feel every time you wash your hands. When doing a cost comparison you will pay more here for most products versus shopping a big box store. Why? Well they have to pay their floor staff, maintain the building and make it a luxury experience for you, the buyer. That's not free. So if you can stand to pay for that type of experience then it's worth every penny. Their selection is superior to any Home Depot or Lowe's as well. You won't be disappointed!

To make matters worse, when the reordered items arrived, they were missing parts. Between the lack of accountability, the customer service frustration, and the quality control issues, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. The big box stores now contract out all services, so you don't have any idea who you are getting. The 3rd party service team came out, installed the dishwasher, turned it on & left. After it ran, we discovered the dishwasher door was broken. I called the third party who told me to call the big box store. Big box company said to call the third party, as they had no idea what happened. After multiple calls, I was so frustrated I told the company I wanted to return the product. They come out, de-install it & break one of the water pipes in the process. Now I'm out another $500 for plumbing services to fix what they broke. Mountain High saved the day.
