These people have been stellar to work with. We believe the most important value we've received from the team here is their incredible product knowledge and expertise. Just had an installation for our personal home in Salida. From my perspective, the delivery and installation team is actually the key to our consumer experience satisfaction. Salespeople get us excited about the product. Payment is always kinda painful. Then comes the all important installation! Daniel, Austin and Will were a great, collaborative team. Their conscientious care of both our home and the new appliances throughout the process was exemplary. Their smiles, dedication to explaining each machine and concern about our satisfaction was incredible. Two parts on the dishwasher came with small flaws. They pointed out the issues and immediately addressed getting them replaced. Incredibly professional and enjoyable experience! In appreciation, B&K

She took her time and made sure all of our questions were answered. Naturally, we decided to go back when our GE oven finally died - well, the heating coil caught on fire. Being 25 years old, we decided not to repair it this time. This experience was horrible. The salesman showed us one oven - I never heard of the brand. I was interested in seeing the GE ovens, compare them with the Bosch. No, he would not show us the GE models. I asked to see the floor model of the Bosch oven that was listed on their website to compare prices and quality. He pointed in the general direction of their warehouse. I walked in, looked around but it was pretty full - I could not find it. He did show us the Bosch ovens at least - so one point for that. I was ready to leave, wondering if I could maybe find the original paperwork for the dishwasher to get that fantastic saleslady's name. But, we made our way to another business to purchase a Bosch oven.

Buyers Beware. Our experience purchasing a new, "in-box" LG…read morewasher and dryer from Appliance Factory (AF) on Bowles in Littleton revealed a troubling lack of accountability and customer protection. Consumers should understand that in our experience the company does not stand behind the products they sell nor ensure that those products are functional and fit for their intended use. Our experience is as follows. We were informed on a delivery time on a Friday between 2:30 and 4:30. They arrived shortly after 4:30 and when they were preparing to leave around 6:20pm, the dryer was making a knocking sound. They offered to take the item back. I told them I could not be without a dryer. I was told they would send a repair man. When I called Saturday afternoon to follow up, there was no work order started and I was told it was now LG's responsibility because I did not get the AF warranty. Never was it communicated to me that if I kept the items they were mine to keep & to deal with. In the six weeks following the delivery, LG has been here three times. Prior to LGs first visit one of the dryer door hinges started to become very loose and the door was falling off. During LG's first appointment, the findings were that the metal door bracket was laying on the bottom of the dryer along with screws causing excess noise. LG reinstalled the bracket with the proper screws. This was due to AFs delivery team having difficulty reversing the door (based on the time that it took them & the fact that there were screws on our floor after they left). Therefore, based on the findings this damage was not a manufacturers product defect but delivery/installation damage caused by AF. While the LG tech was here I told him of an issue with the washing machine and showed him a video. It was determined that the display board, main board, Wi-Fi board and front cover had to be replaced. He ordered the parts and came back a second time to replace all of those parts on the washing machine. The dryer continues to make loud noises even when it's empty. The LG Tech made a courtesy visit a third time to check on the noisy dryer and says there is nothing that can be done and feels the structural integrity of the dryer cabinet was compromised somewhere along the way. Also, it was brought to my attention that the dryer is a 2024 model and the washer is a 2026 model. We were sold an older dryer. Throughout this experience I've spoken with the sales manager and his manager (8 to 10 times on the phone) and have emailed as well. All I could get out of these phone calls was a credit of 120.73, For reimbursement of the delivery charge. I then left two messages on the president's hotline to take my complaint to the next level.... and a lot of good that did as I was rerouted back to the salesman.
