My siblings and I have been scouring the web for bike to get our Father. We found one we liked on Craigslist which happened to be being sold here at Motorado inLakewood, Colorado. So I called them up to see if I could get some info on the bike. I live in California and wanted the purchase the bike there since that is were my dad lived. Zach called me back the very next business day. I missed his call and was connected with Chance. Both these guys are just ridiculously helpful. They BOTH went above and beyond to answer the slur of ridiculous questions I had about the bikes I had in question and help guide me to choose the perfect bike for my dad. They send me pictures and videos and gave me every little detail knowing that I could not be there myself. I spent nearly 3 days being extremely difficult and both of them were patient, helpful and went above and beyond to exceeded my expectations. I was able to secure the bike sight unseen with out any unreconcilable commitment. They arranged to have my other family members go and pick it up, and even checked in with me on a daily basis for an entire week to make sure things were in order so that the sale would go smoothly. Let me tell you, Buy a bike from a dealer out of state and not being able to there is not easy! But this was seriously the smoothest transaction I have ever had. Their service team and techs are top-notch, and the custom work came back looking completely factory-done. Pricing was fair as well. I later consigned a bike through them, and they were quick to get the listing online, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled negotiations professionally. The sales staff was consistently friendly and attentive, and I even ended up finding a bike there for a friend who also had a great experience. Since then, I've gone back for advice on another bike I was considering consigning, and they were generous with their time and knowledge. I wanted to leave this review because I was genuinely surprised their rating wasn't higher when I looked them up again. I've owned quite a few motorcycles over the years and have worked with dealers all across the city. None have been as consistently pleasant and professional to deal with, including their European-brand neighbor. If they have a bike you want, you'll be treated right.

Absolutely perfect. We were so excited. We also needed to find a trailer to bring it home and haul it around, too. We had a steel trailer for our atvs but we wanted an aluminum one so it wasn't so heavy. (We are getting a tad older) She had it put together within hours of when she knew we wanted it. The whole process was so exciting and stress free. We then went into financing and Ashly helped us, also very helpful and stress free, unlike any other large purchase we'd made before. Sun is just amazing all of the way around. After the purchase, Samantha was there to help us again. She went over every inch of it with us, helped us program it to our phones and when we hadn't yet found a trailer, she arranged for it to be delivered to our house!!! I honestly cannot say enough about Samantha or Sun being so helpful and amazing. They have definitely earned our business for life.

Months later when I went to do my own oil…read morechange, the drain plug was stripped and the filter was so overtightened it caved in trying to remove it. They agreed to fix the drain plug, cool. Got the bike back -- now it's leaking oil. Took it to an independent shop for a look. What he found (pic attached): the helicoil they installed is visibly crooked, and there were still metal shavings sitting in the oil pan. Filter was overtightened again. Called Vickery to discuss. Their response was essentially "that was our best guy, he double checks everything" with no explanation for the shavings or the crooked repair. No offer to cover the cost of having another shop redo their work. Just said they wished I'd brought it back again (why would I?). Will never let them touch anything I own ever again and would recommend you do the same. Plenty of other great shops around.

There is a small beginner track which is mostly a flat loop. There is so much space to explore and you can even just watch the pro level riders catching some serious air to pass the time if you're just there to watch. I think the price is reasonable as you can stay as long as you want and there's no timed length of stay. There are no official restrooms, just portapotties. Plenty of places to just park your car, unload and get to riding. We love this place!

We have not been here before, having used a smaller place in Boulder for decades that had closed at the retirement of the wonderful owner. So then, a bit of an adjustment to a bigger place in Boulder that has also now closed. So out we went to Longmont after making arrangements by phone. It was minor service but it needed to be done. Once we straightened out who we actually were when we arrived and set up the parts needed, we could be flexible about it not getting done in one day as originally promised. They were a bit behind on work to be done ahead of us and had not told us to pay in advance for the parts needed to be set up. The bike was ready by midday the next day which is an easier pick up time for us anyway than late in the day at closing. Since it's a half hour ride to Longmont on the very busy Diagonal Highway, depending on direction and time of day, we need to plan it. I understand from staff that if this old bike ever needs work when it is not operational, they can pick it up for a fee. The price seemed fair for that service as well as the work done on this visit and everyone was polite, with a smile and the bike is now running well. In the future we will be sure to have confirmation on what, if anything, needs to be paid for in advance. That was not something we thought to ask about as our previous service facilities for the last 30 years had never asked for this arrangement.
