He quickly diagnosed a problem with my carburetor. I paid extra for their mini package because it really needed a tune and lube up. So in an hour and a half he had my original problem fixed plus the fluids, cables, tire pressure, and more. He even cleaned and waxed the body. It now runs better than when I bought it 5 years ago. This is great service by any standard. However, I have to say I've had negative and unfriendly experiences dealing with a local competitor, lets call them Tragique Scooters. Although Rolling Wrench's labor cost is a little steeper, I'd now pay it any day.

Since then, I've gone back for advice on another bike I was considering consigning, and they were generous with their time and knowledge. I wanted to leave this review because I was genuinely surprised their rating wasn't higher when I looked them up again. I've owned quite a few motorcycles over the years and have worked with dealers all across the city. It worked fine all summer (not great, just fine), and we realized towards the end of the season that the belt was slipping. It just hadn't had TLC in years, we think! We got an email about Shawn, and booked immediately. He was prompt in his communication, worked around our schedule, and brought a trailer to pick up our mower right from our house! His turnaround was very fast--we had our mower back in a few days, working beautifully! He installed the new belt, added mulching blades, and tuned everything. A mower that used to take 3 or 4 tries to start (even with a new battery) now starts right up with the turn of a key! We're amazed at how well it's running!! The price was fantastic, too--very affordable. We even gave him a gas hedge trimmer to look at next--another heirloom of the house LOL.
