When we started the process of renting a space man! The different types of documents and insurance that is needed to store. I get the insurance and ownership. I understood there was a ten day vacate notice and I rented for two months. I understand the first month wasn't refundable but the second month should be. I'm in the process of trying to get the refund for the second month but we'll see how that goes. If no refund for second month well this is why you should maybe look for another storage place. If this storage facility can't refund for a month that hasn't even happen yet well that constitutes as taking money that doesn't belong to you. That right there is fraudulent behavior. We really had to look for the numbers which are on little aluminum plates nailed to the ground lol. Seeing people with multiple vehicles like a car lot in one space was wild. So let's see if we can get a refund for a month that the lot space hasn't been used. Fingers crossed. I'll be expecting some ridiculous reply as per usual responses.

Not that you…read morecan't rush your vendors to fix the flooding problem of the backed up drains on entire property is a quote from Lila the district trainer because the district manager Kelly Cyr didn't have time for me at all. Her Linkedin account has a quote the most respectful thing you can do is listen to a person. Complained to corporate a month ago. When it rains it floods. Water up to your knee where the drains are. 50 units each direction are inaccessible every time it rains. Every row even across the back row the manholes are underwater. Have video of power cords going down into the drains underwater so they are aware it's an ongoing problem. Don't get me started on the idiots who drive through there after the rain. Water waves going high as the roof. The owner doesn't reach out to you. It's a shame we pay their insurance policy or use our own to store things here or you can't get a unit. Pay your rent pay your insurance and best of luck with a claim. Told Lila if my stuff is damaged I will take legal action. Her reply "Do what ya have to do" provide a safe secure storage facility all around. Do what ya say. This has been a problem for at least 7-9 months is what I was told. So if you store here check your unit. If it hasn't flooded by the clogged drains it has flooded by the people driving thru making big waves. Honestly I'm not the type of person to post negative things. I'm a very respectful person but Disrespect of my household items and my personal self and hundreds of others at this facility I will speak up for them. Ty and Autumn are excellent employees going above and beyond with everything I'm sure struggling to do their own jobs when the bad weather comes in and floods. I will post flood pics but I'm certain they will be removed like the others I posted on the actual site for this location. It's going to rain all week. June 2nd to the 6th 2025. Don't believe my review stop by and see the drain problem for yourself. I will gladly remove all the negative feedback left once you address the problem. It is much worse and deeper during the storms. Water is 6 inches on the sides where the units are and at least 14 inches at the center where the drain is.

The manager of the new location called, was reassuring and absolutely wonderful. I will update again once I actually sign the lease. Made an online reservation yesterday 9/29 and the reservation stated that the reservation was good until 10/13. Received a call from the "store manager" the next day and asked if I wanted to see the unit. I agreed that that would be a good idea since I've never rented a storage unit before and we scheduled for the same day. I couldn't make the tour and was told by the "store manager" that they don't adhere to the reservation date as stated and the "store manager" has the final say on the date you have to sign, so I HAD to rent by the next day. Obviously, there are too many options available around town to be bullied into a storage rental by a "store manager", but she was COMPLETELY  rude in the process like she was doing me a favor by accepting my money.

Did after 2 calls get the maintenance person to stop by about the racoon. The rules here are different for different people. Some people have large dogs, some people have dangerous dogs. even though the contract and the website says no dogs over 18' my neighbor has purchased a full sized Doberman. The maintenance director told me it was approved because they brough the paper work from the vet. Well this dog has charged myself and my 84 year old mom 4 times and we finally contacted animal control. multiple calls to the office went unanswered. Message after message went unanswered. Rules about fences, dogs and yard maintenance are only for those they choose. the contract says only chain-link and I received a warning for extending my fence and not using chain link. however there iron, wood, pvc, Pickett fences. Our safety has been at risk due to water/sprinkle, dog, racoon issues. Medical care and costs for a fall due to the water issue has been astronomical. Speaking of water, the community is on wells and some days you have pressure and some days you do not. Your clothes smell when you wash them and have to use a lot fabric softener to help. I was at one time happy and loved all my neighbors and still do most. The dog issue is to much as we are vulnerable to their bullying and intimidation
