The showers and bathrooms are clean and maintained. The units are cable ready and we have Comcast Xfinity service at our spot. We did have our septic get backed up, but that was taken care of within 3 hours or letting the office know. The lady at the office said she would make a call immediately about getting it taken care of but that she couldn't give an exact time, which was perfectly acceptable. The groundsman came by and hooked up his machine to the electric and water and flushed it out. There are a few neighbors who let their dogs off leash, but they don't seem to ever be just roaming around the park. Some folks don't pick up their dog poop, but its no more than anywhere else and there definitely isn't poop "everywhere." I haven't seen a single dog approach someone threateningly, unless you count the little Pug that knocked over the 4 year-old toddler when they were playing catch. Haven't dealt with any neighbor disputes or barely even hear much noise other than sound from the Air Force Base or Interstate 225. Aurora PD has a precinct HQ right across the creek and they haven't had to come out here for anything. Most of the people staying here seem to be folks who are working locally (ie construction on the VA Hospital) or families with children in treatment at the Children's Hospital. The park employees at the main office are always helpful and courteous, though I could easily see how someone who is tired or stressed out could misconstrue their matter-of-factness for rudeness when they respond to questions that EVERY person asks when they walk in the door, to me that would be on the person walking in the door, not the park employees. There are plenty of places you can walk to for food and the access to and from Interstate 225 you just can't beat. You're in downtown Denver in 15 minutes, 30 minutes to Golden, 45 to Boulder and hour from the Casinos and less than 2 hours to Vail, Loveland, Breck etc. I highly recommend Denver Meadows.

We drove from AZ to Albuquerque and stayed at Sandia for 2 nights, then off to Denver. Windy! Yes. The trip was longer than expected fighting the wind. When we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful getting us in to space 79 (i think). There are a lot of full timers there including each side of us. Everyone in the park waved hello as they walked or drove by. The park was clean. Only the landscaping needed a little better attention. No trash except for the occasional napkin and such going by. Everyday maintenance employees in golf carts flying by and doing their jobs. I would highly recommend this place as a location for a week, a month, or even longer! 4 Star review only because of the grounds, which were not bad, just needs attention.

When we started the process of renting a space man! The different types of documents and insurance that is needed to store. I get the insurance and ownership. I understood there was a ten day vacate notice and I rented for two months. I understand the first month wasn't refundable but the second month should be. I'm in the process of trying to get the refund for the second month but we'll see how that goes. If no refund for second month well this is why you should maybe look for another storage place. If this storage facility can't refund for a month that hasn't even happen yet well that constitutes as taking money that doesn't belong to you. That right there is fraudulent behavior. We really had to look for the numbers which are on little aluminum plates nailed to the ground lol. Seeing people with multiple vehicles like a car lot in one space was wild. So let's see if we can get a refund for a month that the lot space hasn't been used. Fingers crossed. I'll be expecting some ridiculous reply as per usual responses.

Like someone else already said, she gives women in leadership a bad name. To be fair, I didn't expect my deposit back but I did get it back. 3 weeks later. When I did get it back, I got charged with processing fees. Again! What business takes 3 weeks to get your deposit and unused rent back? No park I've ever stayed at. You'd have better luck staying at the fairgrounds with no amenities. It's basically the same thing. Oh the kids. You get charged 100 dollars for anything after two adults. The dog parks? Half of them the trailers next to them have them fenced off. You can't use them. The garbage? You can only throw one bag away a day. More? You get fined. Bluff Lake has a variety of habitats & is home to deer, coyotes, fox, raccoons, birds & rabbits just to name a few. The day I went I saw many, many rabbits! In their outdoor classroom they host environmental science programs for elementary school students. The trail is easy & family friendly (about two miles) that goes around the lake. Check out the cool boardwalk while there. This was a peaceful & serene way to spend the afternoon, with pretty views of the mountain range. To access the trails you'll need to walk down lots of steps or take the paved walk, ADA & stroller friendly. They also host monthly events like, Bird & Guided Walks, Family Nature Adventure Days plus After School Programs & Mini-Camps - check out their website for more info.
