I called them immediately, and they asked me to bring it back in. After doing so, I was assured they would address the issue. This time, they kept my car for two months, during which I never received a clear or consistent explanation for the delay. Each time I called or visited, I was given a different reason for why the repair was taking so long. It was incredibly frustrating to be without my car for such an extended period without any satisfactory communication from them. Eventually, they told me they couldn't fix the problem, but their explanations were vague and unconvincing. This lack of clarity and professionalism was disappointing.
