I originally brought the car in with the new alternator, but they insisted the alternator was not the problem. Instead, they replaced other parts, including brake-related work and additional repairs, and repeatedly told me the car was fixed. Twice, we picked up the car only for it to break down within about half a mile, requiring it to be towed back. Despite all the repairs they performed, the original problem was never resolved. During my last visit, I was yelled at and told that because I was a woman, I didn't know anything about cars. That was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They also claimed they had done some work for free, but none of it fixed the actual issue. I eventually had the alternator replaced elsewhere, and that was the only repair the car needed. Since then, the car has been running perfectly.
