The dealership later found a disconnected sway bar link and a backwards-installed camber bolt that required correction. After discussing the situation with the owner, he reviewed the concerns and refunded the full labor charge. While I'm disappointed the installation issues occurred, I appreciate that the owner contacted me directly and worked with me to reach a fair resolution. THEN two weeks later I went to change the air filter and saw they never put the engine cover back on the engine! So called and they said they never went under the hood. How do you put freon in then? So I said look. Guess what they found it. How can you miss putting a piece that big back on a car? AND you have this huge engine cover in your shop for two weeks that says NISSAN on it and you dont try and see who it belongs to? Never going there again!!!!
