Made me feel very special as I'm a older bride. Sofia paid so much attention to my likes and dislikes what I was looking for and what I wanted to hide. Let's start with day 1: I went in just to look at some dresses, and they helped me in every way, shape, and form even though I had no time to try on. About 2 weeks later I went back ready to try on some. I showed them photos of what I thought I wanted, but also let them know I was open to other things. Both store owners and the employee working at the time helped me look while I was the only one in the store. Eventually, I was feeling defeated because white is not my color and I didn't think other wedding dress colors would be either. Then they helped me look for ivory, blush, and champagne dresses, but I was still feeling pretty lost. Eventually, they pulled a dress that I wasn't even going to try on. They convinced me to do it for the color and I fell in love, but it didn't fit quite right. They had the seamstress come and help envision everything she could do to make it fit. I was sold. They even held the dress for me for a day so I could show my mom the dress over FaceTime while she was home and not at work. Secondly, the alterations that were done are amazing. I have a very short waist, and small shoulders so no dress actually fit me, but by some magic, Kathy managed to do it and even worked with me again after initial alterations to touch up some pieces I felt self-conscious about. I would also like to add that I never felt pressured to buy anything. Often sales teams are just after a sale, no matter what it cost, but you can tell this whole team truly cares about your confidence and well-being. Honestly, I don't think there is a better wedding shop in Missoula. Between the team, the reasonable pricing for dresses and the alterations, and the quality of work and care put into every step, you could not ask for a better experience. I found my wedding dress here and it was a great experience. Although they were in the middle of moving, their store was still open and they did everything they could to make sure I found my dress. They were accommodating price-wise and service-wise, and patiently waited for me to decide between them and a competitor. Their dresses are all high quality and pretty well-priced. Just so everyone is aware, this place used to be called My Sister's Closet, and If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. I have been in three different weddings and the owners are TERRIBLY RUDE! They have never ordered a dress in a size that was close to measurement (clearly they make their money off alterations). Wedding number 1 instead of the 14 the bride was measured at she got a 20. The seamstress needed 40 hours to rebuild it. It would have been cheaper to get a new one but there wasn't enough time. Wedding number 2: I was embarrassed for the bride, rococo forgot to tell the bride about under garments. At the final fitting they finally remembered to ask if she was planning on wearing a bra. SUPER PROFESSIONAL. They also up sized the bridesmaids dresses 2-3 sizes. (Alterations anyone?!?!) Wedding number 3: this bride worked with the owner while shopping and was told how bad she looked in her dream dress. No worries, she found it somewhere else. The bridal party is now being punished for NOT buying a wedding dress. We are still getting all the tuxes, but God forbid they be polite or helpful with any of the bridesmaids dresses. We are being charged for fitting in the event we get dresses elsewhere. Charges are non refundable. It just seems to me as one of the very few and the largest bridal shop in Missoula customer service would be a priority. However, it isn't. Your far better off driving to Spokane to David's Bridal or taking your chances online and finding a personal seamstress if you want an enjoyable experience getting wedding attire. read more

OMG! I love this store! I have brought my kids in for prom several years in a row. My son has gotten a tux 2 years in a row and it has always been perfect. My daughter came in for a prom dress this year, her first prom, going as a sophomore. Debbie recognized me from my son's proms and helped my daughter find a great dress. She even got us in for a hem with the seamstress despite us being a bit rushed. And I can't believe how cheep it was to have a dressed hemmed. I had some pants hemmed at a different place and it cost me more than my daughter's dress hem. I have found a new seamstress! Oh, and I love their new location, so elegant. I have two younger children and I know where we will be going when they are old enough to go to prom. Rococo! And if my son decides to ever propose to his girlfriend, I know who will be helping us with our wedding. Rococo! I highly recommend them. read more

My sister ordered her wedding dress from here and wanted to get the bridesmaid dresses here as well. I live in southern California and was not able to try the bridesmaid dress on as no store in California carried this particular brand of bridesmaid dress. I knew I wanted a size 4, but went and got measured anyway. Rococo tried to tell me I needed an 8-10 based off my measurements (I don't own any clothes larger than a 4 and know for a fact in no size chart am I a size 8 or 10), but I insisted they order me a 4 regardless. When I got the dress the tag says 4, and the hips and waist fit perfectly. The bust however is definitely NOT a size 4, it's more like a size 10. The bust sticks out about 5" off my chest - it looks like Dolly Parton might fit in it. I've taken the dress to 3 shops in southern California and no alternations shop will touch it because it needs to be completely reconstructed. I now have to go to a dress maker and have it completely taken apart and redone ($$$). The alterations cost more than the dress! The dress could not be reordered because all the bridesmaid dresses have to come from the same dye lot. I didn't want to tell my sister (the bride) about the issues, but talked to my mom about it, who tells me Rococo screwed up the wedding gown too! The girl who measured my sister (the bride) at the dress shop wrote down the wrong measurements and was 5" - FIVE INCHES too big in some places. Now they have to rush order a smaller size and can no longer get the custom length for her (my sister is very short). Rococo is going to pay for the length alteration but the lace is very delicate and intricate and now the design will not be the same as the dress should have been from the designer. Clearly the shop wants to make their money on alterations. Rococo should be giving my sister a major discount on their mistake, because now her dress will not look like the dress she fell in love with and paid for. Spend the extra money and go to Spokane! Spokane has some great shops and employees / owners who CARE and KNOW what they are doing! read more

The people at Rococo were amazing! They helped me find my dress and the tuxes for the men. The alterations was quick and precise too. They were willing to help with anything. For example, after hearing about our bad experience buying bridesmaids dresses at another store, the seamstress at Rococo said she would do alterations for the price of if we bought the dresses at Rococo. I would never recommend that any bride or anyone connected to the wedding party go here. Our bride bought her dress here. There was also rental items for the wedding party so there were some dollars spent. Our bride when she went in for a fitting was told to GAIN SOME WEIGHT!! What kind of wedding place let alone someone that works with brides for her special life changing day would tell a bride to gain some weight!! Seriously!!! Then when our bride went to pick up her dress was given the wrong dress...then when she told them it was the wrong dress they argued with her! Her dress had no sleeves and they tried to give her a dress with sleeves. They were very unprofessional, rude and uncooperative. read more

Nice dresses, but I'm not comfortable with Kathy from Perfect Alterations. After consulting with Perfect Alterations on two dresses I was considering buying, I opted to find another seemstress. In general, she wasn't friendly which is important to me. More importantly though, she made a key mistake that cemented my decision to find a different seamstress. Like many women, I am blessed with measurements that don't necessarily match. The dress in question was a size 12 with a relatively body conscious silhouette. It was odd to me that she wanted to shorten the detachable straps, but I let that go. The dress definitely needed to be taken in at the bust and waist; everything I wear needs to be taken in at the waist. It's an easy alteration, although she seemed terribly put out by it. I could not let it go when she declared that the dress would have to be taken in at the hips. My hips are definitely a size 12! She either didn't notice, or was making up items to add to her invoice. They were rude!!! They asked us if we wanted help. We said yes we did. They said they would be with us in a minute. We waited and waited.. We watched as they took other people over us,. (No they didn't have appointments). They just walked in and asked for help too. So we left. We went to the tux gallery. They acted like we were there number one customer. They helped us get a unique, but stylish tux. It was so fun and created fun memories. read more
