He found a few things that would have affected our chosen home's insurability, which we sorted out before closing, and many other, lesser things (as well as big things that needed to be done "down the line but not right now"), and all these findings (without for all that causing our sale to be a problem, because the sale went quite smoothly, with everyone happy on all sides) in the terrific report he compiled helped us set up a schedule/timeline for saving up the amounts needed to make various repairs over the next 10 years. Recommend highly. Great experience with Divinity, which is a very independent company, they are their own people (not a rubber stamper, which some of the home inspection companies are!) and Ludwig has our highest recommendation.
