Terrible. I truly wish I have never chosen them to do my 4 point inspection. They missed so many…read morethings that didn't take me long at all to find after buying the house. These were things that were easily visible as well! The missed a foundation crack in the house. They missed that the siding of the guest house was only plywood. They missed that the toilet wasn't on the base correctly. They missed the wiring in the attic, even mold coming out the the air vents which was visible as well, they missed the termite structural damage, they missed that the crawlspace wasn't sealed(also visible). They missed that ann old doorway wasn't sealed properly. (Also visible) and more. I even had an electrician tell me there is no way that they went into the attic! I contacted them and wanted some kind of compensation at least just for the foundation crack but they didn't even apologize, told me that those things weren't safely able to be seen and gave me nothing. I would NEVER refer them to anyone! They are terrible and rude as well.
