Didn't bother installing it myself because the support from NavTool is notoriously minimal. Asked Pittsburgh BestBuy and they said they don't know how to do it (smh). Then I took it to Auto Addictions and they said yeah it's doable. Got the appointment scheduled a week later. Then I dropped the car off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. What I liked the most was their professionalism. They are very knowledgable people and you can tell from the way they talk. NavTool's manual was a total abyss but they somehow managed to install it perfectly (now my old car has CarPlay wooo!). Really, really down-to-details people, made sure that they did not mess things up and kept me posted during the installation. Last but not the least, they charge very reasonably!
