Dimitri did a good job. I locked myself out of two exterior closet doors, one where I lost the key and another that the moisture warped the wood and it was jammed. Saturday October 7th I was locked out of my home at 3pm. My property manager wouldn't assist with the spare keys they have, told me it was a locksmith issue and I'm like you live on the property... I called a number of locksmiths many were closed and others sent out requests. I received a few call backs with ridiculously high quotes. The other callbacks were reasonable. I excepted a few. Only 1 actually showed up. This guy tried and tried and tried, but could not pick the lock or get it open. Then he tells me he couldn't do it because it was a "smart lock." Frustrated, I'm sitting on the ground next to my door falling asleep. Plans I had for the day were totally shot. Spare key is in the house (yeah I know) another spare key is in my car. I thought if I contact my roadside assistant to unlock my car to get the spare key out and everything would be fine but no... My alarm was set so they couldn't unlock the handle to the car so I'm still locked out. I contacted many other locksmiths none available or too expensive or didn't show up as they said they would. I finally made contact with Lock Genius Solutions. I spoke with Daniel and he said I will be there In 25 minutes please take a picture of the lock and send it to me I'll give you a quote I told him that was a little too expensive so he really worked with me on the cost.
