These guys are the biggest crooks and disrespectful bunch of jerks I have ever seen. Their locksmith tried to overcharge me 100 dollars on a door handle. When I said that's fine and just asked for a receipt, he hung up on me and just kept my original lock without ever returning. When I called the company to tell them about him and get a new worker to do the work I had originally requested, they said it will now cost double to install, and actually had the nerve to call me stupid in some of the worst broken english I have ever heard. Anyone with this kind of customer service and obliviousness to the presence of other business competitors in their area will not be around long. Be warned dealing with this company. Excellent for car keys!!!! Somehow I lost my only 2004 Ford Focus car key in the 20 paces it took me to get to my front door. Searching for an hour with no avail I called the Ford Dealership for a remedy - I would have to have my car towed to them when the service department opened the next day for a duplicate key to be cut and programmed, and the guy on the phone assured me that dealerships ARE THE ONLY PLACE that can do such a job. In all the tow would have cost $250 and then $275 for the key to be cut and programmed- $525 for ONE key and wait for 17 hours to have it done?! No way. I had Infinities number in my phone after they saved me once a few months back ($95 - total 55 mins from the time I called to the time the job ended) to pop open my door when key's were locked inside. Upset on the phone, Mike assured me that he could cut and program a key. He sounded calm and very kind, even when I was short and sassy. Mike arrived at the time he said he would, noted very clearly the cost of the pending work, then even suggested I search the car and the walkway once more before he cut and programmed a new key after popping open the locked door. Nice right? In the end he cut and programmed TWO NEW keys for $300, saved me the tow and the cost of the key and provided me with a spare too boot!!! That's a savings of $475. Reason being two were made is that the 2004 models required additional information about engine size when programming that I didn't know. Also, his computer wasn't registering both engine size options as the programming guide showed it should. So, Mike left and came back with a new computer!!! Overall it was a wonderful experience and I am appreciative of Mike's patience with me, the technology and having the willingness to go the extra mile to make the situation the best possible for me. I had been having deadbolt issues for a couple of months and was just waiting for the day where the lock just wouldn't work any more... well, that happened. After returning home from errands, I put my key in my lock and it just spun around not letting me unlock the door. I tried a long time to open the lock but finally resigned myself to the fact that something was broken and called Infinity Locksmith. The locksmith was friendly over the phone and got here quickly as he is also based in West Hollywood. After examining the lock, he confirmed that the deadbolt was indeed broken. Since he was here, I asked if he could just replace the bottom door knob lock as well so that both locks used the same key -- he politely obliged and completed the work in 15 minutes or so. In addition, he made me 6 other key copies in about 2 minutes. The locksmith was professional, polite, friendly, and very skilled in his craft. I'm a firm believer in getting what you pay for and Infinity Locksmith was worth every penny. Highly recommended if you want the job done right. After roadside assistance from another company attempted to unlock my Acura with very dark tinted front windows and gave up, I called Infiniti locksmith from their yelp ad and they showed up very quickly within about 15 minutes and were able to unlock the car within 10 minutes.
