For background, I was getting a 90 minute combo. 1) I forgot to take my necklace of and she kept rubbing right over my necklace which ended up scratching me. Other times I have left my necklace on, they ask me to remove it or they move it out of the way. 2) She would only apply little amounts of lotion and kept massaging once it dried up which was very uncomfortable. 3) Her technique was repetitive and sloppy, making my whole body move unnecessarily leaving me unable to relax. 4) When she worked on my back, she dug her forearm into my ribs and spine which hurt quite a bit. Again, this was repetitive and sloppy. I ended the massage early by over 30 minutes and was charged full price for the 90 minutes. I gave my feedback and the response was to tell them I dont want her massaging me next time. Disappointed to say the least.

I went again last night with a friend, and it will likely be my last visit. The therapist used the bare minimum amount of oil, which caused my skin to be pulled on my arms, neck, and legs--it was a terrible experience. She repeated the same strokes over and over to the point where the bottoms of my feet felt like they were burning. They also use latex gloves, which I'm allergic to, and she barely applied any oil to my feet. I spent most of the session counting down until it was over. When she rolled me over to work on my upper and lower back, all she did was repeatedly roll along my spine. I've been here many times and know what a good experience should be, but this was awful. Over the past year, the quality of the staff has clearly declined--either they've lost skilled workers or someone has gotten lazy. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.
